Excelente Ubicación y buenos espacios que lo hacían bastante cómodo en Paris que normalmente los espacios son pequeños. Tenia buenos electrodomésticos (hasta Plancha que necesite!) todo funcionaba bien en la cocina. Buenos ventiladores para el calor en el Verano actual de Paris.
Le falta mantenimiento: sofá de la Sala sucio, no funcionaban el interruptor para la lampara de la sala y el baño tenía una fuga de agua continua. La cortina de la ducha deben cambiarla. Se que no es normal en Paris el Aire acondicionado, pero en estas semanas calurosas de Paris seria ideal pues con ventilador solamente es mas difícil dormir placenteramente.

Great location, there were toiletries, towels, appliences, everything you would need. Also there was wifi!
A bit worn out, apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator (it wasn’t a big problem for us)

The price, the spaciousness of the apartment, nice kitchen, nice view of the opposite Parisian building.
The shower handle seriously needs to be repaired. Found some hair on the sheets. The apartment needs an overall refurbishment. The toilet is reachable only through the bedroom, so if you have people sleeping on the couch, they'll have to pass through the bedroom first.
