- Fantastyczna lokalizacja!! w samym centrum 3dzielnicy Paryża - na piechotę do Notre-Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, Luwru czy Muzeum Orsay :), niedaleko dwie stacje metra. - wokół apartamentu mnóstwo restauracji, kawiarni, barów, sklepów i fast-foodów - świetna cena jak na przestronne i niezwykle dobrze zaopatrzone mieszkanie w centrum Paryża (na miejscu przywitały nas ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami, herbatki, szampon, żel do mycia i odżywka + zapasy, działająca mikrofalówka, pralka, zmywarka itp.) - choć ciężko było znaleźć drzwi do apartamentu to dobry kontakt z właścicielem pozwolił szybko je zlokalizować - pomimo że apartament znajduje się w ruchliwej dzielnicy, szczelne okna niwelują hałas z ulicy (niestety natomiast drzwi nie niwelują hałasu z klatki schodowej). - mieszkanie jest śliczne, oddzielna kuchnia od salonu, oddzielna łazienka od toalety (na plus).

- UWAGA NA WINDĘ!!! już pierwszego dnia utknęliśmy na półtorej godziny (!) w małej windzie w budynku. Choć w windzie pisze, że jest przeznaczona dla trzech osób, to tak naprawdę nie jest. Utknęliśmy w niej we trójkę, przycisk do wezwania służb ratunkowych w windzie nie działał i dzwoniłam pod numer alarmowy w telefonie (nie mówię płynnie po francusku ale dobrze, że chociaż trochę rozumiem, bo nikt po drugiej stronie nie chciał rozmawiać ze mną po angielsku…) Pomimo zapewnień że służby „są w drodze” zajęło im to prawie dwie godziny zanim w końcu wyciągnęli nas z windy. Jako że w windzie nie było zasięgu nie mogliśmy zadzwonić pod żaden inny numer ani skontaktować się z właścicielem. - poza tym: malutka toaleta gdzie ledwo można się zmieścić; - po rozłożeniu kanapy do spania rozjeżdżała się ciągle i nie można było przymocować jednej części kanapy do drugiej (spanie tam było więc wyzwaniem). - bardzo słychać dźwięki dochodzące z klatki schodowej. - telewizor działa ale jest dosyć delikatny: trzeba odpowiednio ułożyć kable aby włączył się sygnał.

Host was terrific. I was allowed to drop off luggage while the cleaning person was there hours before check in. The best thing was the location (apartment entrance right on passageway with famous restaurants like Precope and 2 others-definitely will return to the one w/ outrageously beautiful and delicious desserts in the window right before Precope!) and the elevator. The worst thing was the WC was so small I couldn’t close the door when I was in it, but I was by myself so that was ok. The bathroom sink in the updated shower room was slow to drain. Also I scrubbed down the handheld shower head as it seemed dirty, though the black stuff may have just been a problem with the finish. I loved the clothes drying rack. There is a bar downstairs that was loud all night, which did not bother me . ( Matter of fact I went to join them until 5 AM the second night, but it might bother others.) My one suggestion is for the host to include online the type of coffee maker that is available as I had the wrong espresso pods not a big deal. I was having mobility issues from my prior week, hiking around on cobblestones and the authentic antique Parque floor which I enjoyed looking at is slightly uneven, which was difficult for me. I slept like a dream in the bed. I felt very safe and cozy there. Thank you very much.

Though it is a non-smoking unit the bath towels reeked of smoke. I did not communicate that to the host so he did not have a chance to improve it. All linens could use an update including the extra duvet I found in a closet. I would suggest the host also add instructions for the heating system. The type of coffee maker available and people should be aware of the possible volume of the bar downstairs. Not a lick of extra space!🙂 I think if the kitchen amenities like flatware, cookware, plates and dishes were updated that would lift my whole grading another level, but it was fine. This was only my second Airbnb to stay in and the first one was pretty luxurious so my expectations needed to be modified a bit.
