Superbe appartement plein de charme idéalement situé à St Germain des Prés ! Très calme. Propriétaire très avenant et disponible.

Nun, weitestgehend alles okay und gleichzeitig normal, wie beschrieben.

Einschränkend ist zu bemerken, dass trotz Nachfrage eines Rollstuhlfahrer über Breiten, zum Beispiel des Fahrstuhls, diese zwar seitens der Unterkunft angeben worden, jedoch in der Realität nicht korrekt waren, so dass der Rollstuhlfahrer sich eine andere Unterkunft suchen durfte, was die Reisekosten verdoppelte. Und lediglich zwei von vier Personen dort in der Unterkunft sein konnten. Nächstes Mal wäre unter dem Punkt Barrierefreiheit und bei Nachfragen korrekte Aussagen sinnvoll oder sonst den Punkt Barrierefreiheit/Rollstuhltauglichkeit einfach streichen.

Host was terrific. I was allowed to drop off luggage while the cleaning person was there hours before check in. The best thing was the location (apartment entrance right on passageway with famous restaurants like Precope and 2 others-definitely will return to the one w/ outrageously beautiful and delicious desserts in the window right before Precope!) and the elevator. The worst thing was the WC was so small I couldn’t close the door when I was in it, but I was by myself so that was ok. The bathroom sink in the updated shower room was slow to drain. Also I scrubbed down the handheld shower head as it seemed dirty, though the black stuff may have just been a problem with the finish. I loved the clothes drying rack. There is a bar downstairs that was loud all night, which did not bother me . ( Matter of fact I went to join them until 5 AM the second night, but it might bother others.) My one suggestion is for the host to include online the type of coffee maker that is available as I had the wrong espresso pods not a big deal. I was having mobility issues from my prior week, hiking around on cobblestones and the authentic antique Parque floor which I enjoyed looking at is slightly uneven, which was difficult for me. I slept like a dream in the bed. I felt very safe and cozy there. Thank you very much.

Though it is a non-smoking unit the bath towels reeked of smoke. I did not communicate that to the host so he did not have a chance to improve it. All linens could use an update including the extra duvet I found in a closet. I would suggest the host also add instructions for the heating system. The type of coffee maker available and people should be aware of the possible volume of the bar downstairs. Not a lick of extra space!🙂 I think if the kitchen amenities like flatware, cookware, plates and dishes were updated that would lift my whole grading another level, but it was fine. This was only my second Airbnb to stay in and the first one was pretty luxurious so my expectations needed to be modified a bit.
