Luxueux Appartement à Notre-Dame

We loved our stay here! We appreciated being in an old building but also appreciated that the apartment had been renovated including new windows and appliances, especially a washing machine. We had plenty of room for 2 people. The location is exceptional! The Seine, Notre Dame, Louvre, Cluny Museum and Luxembourg Gardens all minutes away. The street is lively and fun. We loved Thevenin and Aux Merveilleux de Fred bakeries and Patate (French fries!). The room was very quiet and the host very quick to answer any questions. We had no problem getting the keys (about a 5 minute walk while one of us stayed with the luggage at the door). The hallway lights are push buttons immediately on your right as go through the big blue entrance doors to the building. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location in the 6th arr. of Paris. A lively and safe neighbourhood. The apartment is nice, yet luxurious is an overstatement. Complete kitchen with everything one would need for a short stay. For Parisian standards it is a rather spacious apartment. It is in a safe and secure building. The accomodation is pet friendly.

We did not check, but this partment does not have airconditioning! We booked two nights, but did not even stay the first night. Inside was 33 degrees celcius when we arrived in the afternoon and still 30 degrees in the evening. We left the first evening. HOWEVER: During autumn, winter and not hot days this apartment is probably nice to stay at! The floor needs to be looked at in some spaces the wood-parquet is lose. The bed is a small double: 140cm x200cm
