El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. A pesar de las cuadras concurridas, no hay ruido. Está muy cerca a estaciones de metro, RER y buses. Está en buen estado; estaba limpio cuando llegamos; la cama y el sofá cama son cómodos; la ducha también; y la cocineta está bien provista, aunque es un poco chica. El tamaño está bien para 3 personas. Para 4 es muy chiquito. Los arrendatarios amables y dispuestos a resolver preguntas.
El apartamento está ubicado en un tercer piso, y no hay ascensor. Hay que subir cerca de 40 escalones, lo cual no es propicio para personas de la tercera edad. Yo estuve con mis padres y para ellos eso fue un inconveniente. Mejor para personas jóvenes. No hay lavadora para la ropa, ni en el apartamento ni en el edificio. Cerca hay lavadoras públicas, pero no es tan cómodo como tenerlas dentro.

The apartment is in perfect place. Close to Notre Dame. It was very comfortable and easy to reach all the famous places.
A little bit tiny for 4 people family but most of the time we were out, so it wasn’t the problem at all
