This 600 Sq Foot, 1st French Floor,spacious apartment is located on a quiet, pedestrian-only,lovely street of the 5th arrondissement, next to the famous and charming rue Mouffetard (recommended in Gourmet Magazine), a famous street lined with restaurants and open air markets. Building has a private courtyard and the apartment is modern, with full-amenities and is quiet. Secure building, access by code only. Steps away is the building in which Hemingway lived. In the immediate neighborhood you will find the Place Monge, the heart of the Latin Quarter, The Panthéon and the Jardins du Luxembourg, wonderful historical French gardens. Many shops, restaurants and stores are close to the apartment ; Bakery, meat and fish markets, Supermarket, Open air market, bowling alley, swimming pool, movie theater, numerous variety of restaurants, cafes, pharmacy. 10 minute pleasant walk to the steps of Notre Dame, Blvd St. Germain and the Seine.
EXCELLENT location-steps from 2 different subway lines and pleasant 10 minute walk to St. Michel and Luxembourg train which will take you directly to the airport or Versailles palace. Steps from Place Contrescape and Rue Mouffetard. 12 minute walk to Notre Dame and the Seine River
Kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils and oven, microwave, professional induction cooktop stove, granite countertops, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, built-in wall closets, tiled floor and more ! Bedroom complete with built in glass armoires. American-style bathroom, large and roomy with separate bathtub and shower. Separate washer and dryer in the apartment. Comfortable and perfect for families and children. Sleeps 4 comfortably.
You will be greeted and welcomed by a professional, English speaking hostess who will accommodate your every need while in Paris. Plasma TV with full selection of 100+ channels, including CNN, BBC, Disney

The estimate is less than 5% of all Paris apartments have air conditioning. This apartment has a stand up powerful air conditioning unit in the living room which, under normal circumstances should be able to cool the entire apartment. If it is an exceptionally hot summer, with an extreme heat wave, the apartment will be comfortable but potentially not “cold”. Please note building regulations require that noise is limited after 9 PM- after which air conditioning and washing machine use not allowed until 8AM

Please note that arrival must be before 22:00 or additional fees may be needed to cover hostess taxi transport

We had a fantastic stay in Paris in large part because of this apartment- Ms. Yoyo went above and beyond, and when I travel back to Paris I will definitely pick the Latin quarter. Convenient location to walk to major attractions, close to the metro, less touristy than other neighborhoods, quiet and the food was great. Highly recommend.

We were so pleased with our condo. It had everything we needed for our one week stay. The location was great! We walked to bathe Louvre and to Notre Dame. The condo itself was very comfortable with everything provided. Yo-yo is a great ambassador for the unit! We highly recommend it.

I would absolutely stay here again.. it’s in a charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants and little grocery stores all in walkable distance. It’s in a quiet area off the main streets and comfy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars with online listing is because it mentioned there was air-conditioning which there is, but it must be shut off at 11pm. So it could not be used when we were sleeping which normally would be fine because Paris cools off at night and opening the windows would be perfect but we happened to be there when it was 90-100 degrees and it just did not cool off night enough. I appreciated the one fan available but another one would be useful if this heat attacks Paris again.

So nice to be on a quiet street, but close to the hubbub and excitement, and especially, to our favorite place in the world: Les Jardins de Luxembourg.
