Location and size of the apartment!
No a/c during an unexpected heatwave. It would have been comfortable if temperatures were lower.

Sofa bed needs a down feather topper!! Not comfy. However, bedroom was very comfy! Toilet down the hall!

地理位置真的是非常方便，去各大景点都基本上可以走着去。地铁站就在旁边，2分钟步行，来去机场也是直接RER小火车直达航站楼，简直太方便！客厅和浴室都很宽敞。周围虽然人潮喧嚣，但房子本身感觉非常安全。尽管周围全是酒吧饭店，但晚上很安静。家用设施和物品齐全。室内温度适宜，房间干净没有异味。床品也还算可以。楼下就是很棒的面包房，各种法棍三明治，沙拉，蛋糕点心都很可口。周边吃喝玩乐都有。房主交流顺畅，有问必答。
厕所和淋浴间是完全分开的，在公寓的两头。厕所里的地板非常冷，感觉可以多放一块小地毯。沙发很软，喜欢坐硬座椅的人肯定受不了。厨房和厕所的洗手池可以额外放一些洗手液。

El departamento es enorme, super cómodo y fuera de lo comun en París. La ubicación es excelente, en un barrio super completo con mil opciones para comer.. Además esta muy bien equipado.
