Location was great for accessing all traditional Parisian activities. It was a very quaint and neat place to stay. I would stay here again with the exception of the amount of people it can comfortably hold.
10 people (4 were young children) was a bit too much for this property. The photos and descriptions make it out to be larger and spacious than reality. Not having a bathroom in the lower level was a little frustrating. With all of the beds being in use there was no good social space with enough seating for everyone.

The location in the heart of Le Marais is fantastic. The apartment is quiet and within walking distantie of nice restaurants, musea and the Seine. Four bathrooms is very abundant and made our stay perfect also for our teenage kids.
The kitchen is situated downstairs, in the basement. For us it wasn’t an issue (and it is obvious when you book this apartment if you look at the pictures) but lack of daylight might/windows can make it a bit gloomy. The bathroom in the basement bedroom doesn’t have a toilet.
