NEW Eiffel Tour ! Splendid Apartments in the Heart of Paris

Location was amazing, near great local bakeries and close to the tower. We traveled with a young child. We’d be happy to stay again.

Great location and easy to find, clean and comfortable bed

The courtyard entrance is shared with 2 x restaurant kitchens which smelt very bad. We stayed in a heat wave and there is a portable air con unit but could have been better

Very good location. Eiffel tower and good restaurants nearby.

Shower gel and shampoo not labeled in the bathroom. Batteries of the remote control of a ceiling fan are dead.

1-The apartment's photos showed it as being on the rooftop. When we arrived, we were disappointed, but it was on the ground floor. We emailed Sarah, and she said, "You choose," which wasn't a question or preference. Pictures of the apartment can be misleading. 2- There's a very bad smell in the apartment. As we stayed, we realized that the kitchen of the Thai restaurant in front of the apartment was right next to the apartment. I'm attaching a photo. 3-The apartment is behind the building, converted into a warehouse, very close to the garbage bin, unhealthy 4- There are curtains in the bathroom, but water is leaking onto the floor. 5- Booking.com didn't respond to our complaint.
