On the left bank nice and safe area, 1970 Parisian building, security system, intercom and concierge, 5th French floor with elevator. Nearest Metro Station: Cambronne. Plenty of bistros, restaurants, supermarkets, outdoor markets, near from la rue du Commerce where you will be able to find all French Boutiques. 4 bus lines/ 3 metro lines to go everywhere in Paris very rapidly. Within a 10-to-15-minute walk: Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel, Village suisse (a complex of 150 antique shops), Rodin Museum, Grand Palais, André Citroën Park.

Everyone was amazing! I would absolutely stay here again. Very comfortable slept 4 adults and 1 child! The host was lovely, the unit is in a fantastic location and right next to the Metro. Communication with the host, check in, and check out were all quick, easy, and efficient!We were all so happy with our stay! Thank you so much!

Outstanding stay! We had four in our party and the apartment was perfect for us. 14-21MAR and we enjoyed the location (first time in the XV). Close to all that was important to us. Owner was great!!! Easy check-in / check-out! We truly enjoyed having the Boulangerie across the street. Close to wine and cheese, too! Great stay in a wonderful location in Paris!!! Would do this again.....grateful to have found this apartment!!!

This was a beautiful very clean apartment, in a very safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a block or so. And then true French cheese shops, meat shops, and vegetable stands are just a few blocks away. Subway connections are very close by too. This area is more authentic Paris and not as touristy, but easy to get anywhere you want to go. Our Host was lovely and speaks very good English. I would definitely stay here again.
