Tiene 1 solo inodoro y 2 duchas , que en la explicación para un francés es correcta porque dice que tiene dos baños y un toallet pero para el resto del mundo un baños es con inodoro . Unas de las habitaciones era muy chica, lo cual no se podía ni abrir la valija

Lovely apartment in a great location. Two bathrooms were a bonus however we had no hot water during our stay so that point was negligible.

No hot water during our stay. Communication was good until we arrived. Olivia ( the Host) stopped replying as we were travelling and despite messages and 3 calls to the emergency no our pleas were ignored and she only responded on check out when we didn’t return to the property until 2pm. The property manager agreed we could leave our luggage when we left the property at 11ish. He cleaned the apartment and we returned our keys before 3pm. Our deposit has not been returned ( day 8) and there is still no apology from the property re the hot water. They implied we were lying until we returned to the property to see the property manager, asked him to check the water which was still cold and asked him to message Olivia to that effect which he did. Looking at previous reviews it is clear that when there is a problem that their 24/7 approach doesn’t exist and Olivia is rude and aggressive to the customer.

It has 2 separate bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms.

It wasn’t clean, it is very noisy with open windows and very hot when windows shut. No blackout curtains while building in front of bedrooms is lit all night. Water temperature in both bathrooms couldn’t be regulated, was too hot. We couldn’t wash our babies there. Floors were dusty under the stairs (there are some in the apartment), coffee table was dusty. Apartment is much smaller than on pictures. It quite expensive and required deposit in addition to that. I don’t use PayPal often, did not know about the fees, host did not warn about it, so I paid EUR 350 deposit and got back only EUR 332. There was misunderstanding about elevator - there is outdated conversation saved on booking com that there is a lift, it shows first when you open app. There is no elevator now and it was a problem for us as we were 2 moms with 2 babies and 2 prams. Location is fine but not with baby and pram
