Any lost or forgotten keys between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. will incur a fee of 50 euros.
After 8:00 PM, service is not guaranteed and will be billed at a higher rate.
If a locksmith is required and the traveler is at fault, the traveler will be fully responsible for the costs.

We assume no liability for items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.

After 8 PM, service is not guaranteed and will incur an additional surcharge.

We loved the location of this apartment. It was so close to everything!! The street noise definitely comes through but sound machines help. This space worked well for my husband, two sons and me. The communication with the host was excellent and helpful! We loved our stay in London!
