Good location. Apartment is bright and comfortable.
Check in and check out were easy. Kids loved the loft.
It never felt unsafe but there were usually a number of homeless people sleeping in front of the building across the street at night. The entry to the building is well secured but the stairwell is not well lit. The host was fine, but didn't answer one of my questions about use of the washer/dryer and then called me the wrong name a few times in messages. Bathroom is tight.

Room was clean and location was great. Easy communication with Rahim (host). Air conditioning was working well and very cold !
Although the room could sleep 4 people (two in the loft and two on the sofa bed), practically it is not big enough for more than two people as there is nowhere to sit when the sofa bed is open (which takes up the whole downstairs area).

The loft was so low I couldn’t stand up to get into bed, which was a comfortable mattress on the floor. I had to crawl into bed.
