The place was clean and was as described.

Please note, we stayed during a heat wave… The property was very hot, we could not move air to the back bedroom, as it was around a corner from the room with an ac unit. It was close to 90 in the room at all times and the ac ran the whole day and night, the only time we felt comfortable was the two hours before sunrise. The property did provide a “fan” but it was a heater that could be used as a blower but not a true oscillating fan. It was hot in Paris during our stay. The hallway of the apartment had a better air flow and we ended up leaving the door to the apartment open to try to bring the temperature down. The ac unit was inspected and we were told it was working as expected but it was so hot. We kept the curtains shut during the day and only opened the windows when the temp dropped below 75 at night.

Location location location, only a short walk to Notre Dame & the metro, which is cheap, super easy to use/navigate. Easy to follow checking in/out instructions which included details of nearest metro, it was an easy <5min walk away. Very spacious and clean. Comfy beds. Big TVs.

Disappointed it didn't have 2 separate bedrooms, (bed 2 is part of lounge area plus a sofa bed which is separated by a small curtain partition). All beds made up include the sofa bed (this may be partly my fault as we didn't stipulate we were a family (parents/adult child) and only needed 2 beds).

não havia maquina de lavar conforme falava o anuncio, e o anfitrião demorou para responder sobre o assunto, meio que se fazendo de quem não viu a mensagem. a geladeira por ficar tempo desligada estava fedendo, até ligar e voltar ao normal demorou.
