The location was really excellent, easy access to public transport, brasseries, bars & restaurants and shopping. We found the property very clean and it was really comfortable to receive a family. Perfect for a longer stay at Paris.

The only problem we had was with the air conditioning, that was not working. And the landlords were not able to fix it during our four nights stay.

Udlejer der var let at komme i kontakt med, men ikke ønskede at lave varmekilden.

Stor og rummelig lejlighed, der ligger rigtig godt i forhold til et enkelt metrospor og en større metrostation med flere sporveje. Skønt område med mange hyggelige spisesteder. Forholdsvis rolig gade.

Vi ankommer søndag aften. Her er varme på begge værelser, men varmen/aircondition virker ikke i køkken/stue. Det er februar og 4 grader uden for. Vi har 16 grader i køkkenet, ikke lige der vi drømte om at sidde og spise, hygge og spille spil. Da jeg kontakter udlejer, som er ret nemt, bliver jeg bedt om at sende et billede af varmekilden og herefter sker der intet, selv om jeg rykker dagligt. Vinduet i køkken/stue kan ikke lukke helt, der er naturlig udluftning. Heldigvis hænger gardinerne stadig lidt fast, så de kan trækkes for, 1/4 af hvert gardin var faldet ned. Undlad at lade tre telefoner og tænde elkedlen, så går strømmen. Afløb i vask på badeværelse var stoppet og gav kloak luft. Toiletbræt sad skævt. Mug i begge brusekabiner. Dobbeltsengen på der første værelse var ikke til at ligge i, den var slidt ned. Skabe i køkken lugtede. Der var ikke sæbe til opvaskemaskinen. Vi har kun beklaget os til udlejer over den manglende varme, da vi mente det var det vigtigste og ikke ville opfattes som krævende. Når det ikke bliver lavet, så bliver jeg kritisk på andre punkter også.

La ubicación

La falta de limpieza. El suelo estaba sucio. Además, había interruptores de luz descolgados, una silla con las patas rotas, no había cubo para la fregona y, aunque nuestra reserva fue de 10 personas y seis días, apenas había papel higiénico y toallas para un par de días.
