CMG Résidence République - Rue Béranger

The modern apartment was on the 1st floor of the building and there was a lift. It was quiet and the living area and kitchen were both an adequate size, There was a separate bedroom and bathroom, both off the living area. The bedroom was fairly small, so we had to leave our bags in the living area. The air conditioning was great, and there was also a washing machine, which was handy. The location was ok, but this really depends on what you want to see. As a guide, it was about 30 mins walk from Notra Dame, 80 mins from Eiffel Tower and 40 mins from Montmartre. It was only a few minutes from Place de la République though. The immediate area around the apartment is nice and there are good bars and restaurants nearby. The hosting agency was easy to communicate with. The check-in process was fairly easy as a person met us with the keys and walked us through the apartment and its facilities. One of the nicer restaurants we went to during our stay was Le Bouledogue near The Centre Pompidou about 15-20 mins walk. Overall, we have a nice stay in the apartment and would recommend it.

augezeichnete Lage, 2x Klimaanlage (Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer), Wohnung war im ersten Stock - man konnte auch gut alle Fenster öffnen, sehr ruhige Umgebung, gleich um die Ecke gab es tolle Bäckereien, kleine Cafe's und gute Restaurants.

gesamte Dusche müsste man erneuern - Duschkopf war nicht sauber, Duschwände hatten dunkle Fließen aber die müsste man auch desinfizieren.

Eine geniale Lage mitten im Marais. Es gibt eine großartige Boulangerie in der Nähe.

Great location. Good towels.

So many small things about the apt make no sense. There are no hooks for wet towels, the bathroom sink is ridiculously too high for comfort, no washcloths or hair conditioner, no normal pillows as they’re square sized and too big, and the bedroom door is too tight and close to the bed. The AC leaked in middle of the night leading to loud dripping noise that required dealing with it and losing a night of sleep. Was told by staff not to use it on coolest setting but they never told us that in advance.
