On the second European floor without lift, this 60m² apartment can accommodate 6 people and has the luxury and charm ideal for an exceptional stay with friends or family.
Designed by an interior designer, the space of this apartment offers modernity, luxury and conviviality with a ceiling height of more than 4 meters and a magnificent restored parquet floor. The open, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room with a sofa bed for two (Queen-Size) and a dining area with a marble table that can accommodate up to 6 people.
One of the major advantages of this beautiful apartment is that it is fully air-conditioned.
The two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, a large window and a tailor-made dressing room.
The apartment benefits from a large, complete, modern and designer marble bathroom, accessible from the living room.
At the cutting edge of technology, this apartment benefits from connected televisions in each room and high-speed wifi (fiber).

I spent three weeks during my recent (solo) trip to Paris, and honestly—I couldn’t have picked a better spot if I tried. This place was exactly what I imagined (maybe even better), and yes, it really does look as good as the photos—no surprises, just Parisian charm.With several dining spots, boulangeries, and a metro line just a few blocks, everything I needed was right at my fingertips. It made exploring the City feel effortless and added so much magic to my trip.The property manager was responsive and ready to help if needed, but everything was so smooth and well set up that I barely had to reach out.Whether you’re planning a quick weekend escape or settling in for a longer stay, this place is an absolute gem. I would come back in a heartbeat.

The communication with the staff was superb. They always try to help as fast as they could. The apart meant itself was renovated with a new bathroom. There were two well sized bedrooms and a pullout sleeping couch in the living room. The laundry dishwasher and the toilets are well stocked with excellent supplies. All in all were good for sleeping for a family of five. Had a lot of difficulty with the AC units which were difficult to operate. They were individual units located in each room and there were three of them. One of the units in the main living room was not functional. We also had to restart the router for the WiFi in the room which apparently also controlled the front door access code. This needed to be reset tot function. The laundry machine was adequate, but the dryer function was not great. There were no instructions and it required contacting the host. We anre used to smaller European one unit machines but Even then, Clothes needed to be hung to dry or to operate the dry function several times in sequence. All in all it’s a great room for the location. This is what this reservation is ideal for. The older building was a big drawback. The neighbor below us came up to alert us that the floors were very thin and they could hear us down below. It was hard to control with three children. And reinforced the idea that this was a much older building in the marais.

My family of 5 adults stayed there for 4 nights while celebrating a wedding near by. The area was great, there are 2 metro stations 8/9 within a couple of blocks or less. Great dining options near by. The 3rd is the place, close enough to all the attractions by far enough to feel like you are part of the everyday life in Paris. Queen Beds are comfortable and the pull out couch bed was a real bed not like some of the hotels in the USA. We had to contact the host for a very minor question and they returned my text in minutes and resolved it. Pick a flat through VRBO/Expedia was awesome and we will stay with them again. Very safe location too.
