Large modern kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything necessary for cooking and eating. Several storage. Window on the courtyard.
Large dining area with a table and 8 chairs.
Master bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed, bedside table and large dressing. Window on the courtyard.
Bathroom, ensuite to master bedroom with bath, sink and hair dryer. WC.
Bedroom # 2 with 2 single beds, dressing. Window on street.
A second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
Bedroom # 3 with a bed of 160 x 200cm, bedside table. Window on street
A third bathroom connetcted to the third bedroom with walk-in shower, sink and hair dryer.

The apartment is rented with linen, iron and ironing board. Electric heating.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Responsive host/management company. They will take a 2000 deposit at check-in. Was able to check in early and drop off luggage.Please note that the apartment is on the fourth/top floor of a walk up. No elevator. There are also several steps to enter the courtyard and then the building. There are two toilets and three showers.Great location, close to everything Le Marais has to offer. Close to many dining options. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and equipment. Pics true to the space.Toilet paper provided, no paper towel or tissues. Two grocery stores within blocks.

Thomas was very welcoming and make check-in super easy. The apartment is in a fabulous location with great restaurants and everything is easily walkable. Also close to the heart of the Marais for shopping and museums.

The property was amazing - very clean, charming and very roomy for all of us. it was within walking of so much, the neighborhood was safe and to be honest, the place was so nice, I expected to pay more. The staff went above and beyond to communicate - I am not normally one to leave reviews. I had an issue with my luggage with the airlines, the staff helped so much and they really didn't need to; helped with language barriers, offered some logistics assistance. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would definitely refer this to others (hence my review).
