140 sqm 3-bedroom family apartment on three levels on the ground floor overlooking a quiet cul-de-sac in the upper Marais. Beautiful space, beautiful light. Ideal address. Many art objects give the whole an undeniable charm.
The apartment consists of:
On the first level (ground floor)
• Entrance with a storage compartment.
• A kitchen open to the living space, equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, high extractor, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes accordingly and kitchen utensils.
• A dining area with a table and 6 chairs in the living space. • A living room with two sofas, a coffee table, a rug, an internet connection. Many windows overlooking the cul-de-sac.
• A corner with coffee table and two chairs
• WC with washbasin
On the lower floor:
• TV room with sofa and sound system.
On the upper floor
• A bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink, hairdryer. WC. Washing machine and dryer.
• A bedroom with a 160 X 200cm bed, bedside tables, dressing room.
• A second bedroom with a 160 X 200cm bed, bedside tables, dressing room.
• A shower room and sink
• A third bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables. Large dressing room.
Linens are provided. Heating with boiler. Iron and ironing board. Non-smoking apartment. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

- check-ins are free of charge from Monday to Saturday between 2pm and 8pm. Between 8pm and 10pm, there is a supplement of €35. Between 10pm and midnight, there is a supplement of €50. - for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is a supplement of €50.

This property was very spacious and worked great for our family of 5. The 3 bedrooms had comfortable beds and a/c units in each room. I was under the impression the whole flat had a/c but it was just in the bedrooms. There was a fan to help cool the downstairs. The home was conveniently located to the train station, but for reference, was about 30-40 min away from the Eiffel Tower via Uber. The kitchen seemed to have all the things you'd need, but other than the refrigerator and the washer/dryer, we didn't use a thing. The only BIG negative about this home is that it had a distinctive odor when you walked in the door. I believe the smell came from the "carpet", which was a very hard wicker/bamboo feeling material (Very hard on your feet after long days of walking).

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. There were some drain problems we dealt with all week. Thomas and the people who came to help were lovely. Loved the location.
