Check-ins are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-outs are before 11:00 AM.
Supplements for late arrivals :
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: €30 supplement.
- After 10:00 PM: €50 supplement.
- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.
Departure Day : Final cleaning is included. Please leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, making sure to wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.

Just stayed for 3 nights as a family of 5 adults. Michael met us and walked us into the property and gave lots of local advice. The place was in an excellent spot right next to the metro. The beds were so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this stay. Thanks

Great experience. Apartment was fine - as advertised. Great communication!! Host Yohann (and) Mickael were great. Great location in city. Lots to do, places to eat. Republique metro station is about 50 yards away. Easy access to everything. Highly recommend. We will stay there again

Overall the place was ok. It's in a great location. Le Marais is such a wonderful area in Paris. We were close to so many transportation hubs; subway and busses. Plenty of shops and amenities close by. And a ton of great cafes, restaurants and food shops of all kinds all with walking distances. The apartment was very secure. Although we were "warned" of a building manager and how quiet he liked it to be...very strange!! There is an elevator, but its beyond small. The apartment was well laid out, although dusty in many areas. The reason we booked was because of the 3 bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms. We were happy to rent because of an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom. However, it was very unfortunate and we were not amused to find out at checkin that the ensuite toilet was not functioning. So we all had to use one toilet away from the other bedrooms. I reached out to VRBO, and they informed me that they knew about this in July after confirming with the owners. So from July to November and no repairs made, seems a bit odd. We were in communication with the owners plenty of times prior to arrival and this was never mentioned. This is completely uncalled for and very disappointing. If we had known in advance, we could have at the very least made an informed decision of whether to keep the booking or go elsewhere. It came across as deceitful. At checkin the gentleman mentioned they only had to provide one toilet! Easy to say when its not their money or their booking.
