We really enjoyed our stay here! Had everything wee needed here for a nice stay. Location was great with lots of restaurants and easy public transit nearby. Would happily stay here again

My wife and I and another couple spent one week in this lovely apartment located in the 10th arrondissement, away from but within easy access to the major tourist attractions of Paris. The apartment is clean, well-equipped with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and is very quiet as it overlooks an interior courtyard. The apartment is surrounded by many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The property manager Laurent is very helpful and easy to contact. The four of us had a wonderful time and would recommend this apartment most highly to other visitors.

The living room & dining room were bigger than expected . However the towels they left us were old and did not look clean . We had to clean the coffee pot and the washing machine was broken . Luckily there was a laundry & we paid to wash our clothes. There were homeless people living in the entry & drinking vodka . Not what we expected !!
