Spacious & Bright Loft Central Paris

Magnifique loft bien équipé et spacieux comme décrit

Loft climatisé où nous avons crevé de chaud 🥵 car pas une vraie clim malgré tous les ventilateurs, l'appartement était beaucoup trop chaud surtout pour mon bébé Pas de lessive comme précisé, j'ai envoyé un message à notre arrivée on ne m'a jamais répondu 🫤

The location was great, underground stops close by, lots of local restaurants, well positioned for getting to sights. The property was large and spacious - the description is right. Beds were comfortable. It’s decorated really nicely and was a lovely space.

I’m afraid I had to knock off some stars for a couple of things, otherwise this would have been five star. First, the ventilation of bathrooms isn’t good - no windows, no extractor fan - so there was just a persistent damp smell/feeling after a shower. There are two relatively small external windows on the mezzanine floor which we opened but doesn’t make that much difference, otherwise no windows. Second, there was building work right above those windows and outside the flat starting at 7:30-8am and going on all day. It was loud and disturbing. These things happen. Renovations have to go ahead. And the hosts were excellently response to questions and super helpful before our arrival about everything else. But sadly we were not warned about this before travelling, and to be honest I probably wouldn’t have been willing to pay the full price had I known. These shouldn’t detract too much from what is a really nice flat. But they did affect our stay.

It is within a few miles of most of the tourist attractions and very close to the metro. Not to mention down the street from some very good bakeries.

Only down fall was the construction on the building right outside the door to the apartment, but don’t let that deter you.

L’emplacement est super, il y a tout à proximité. Le loft est grand et bien équipé. Merci beaucoup d’avoir mis à notre disposition deux lits bébés. La mezzanine permet de profiter d’une jolie lumière.

Certaines pièces sentent le renfermé.
