Welcome to my chic 2-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Paris in the famous Marais district!
My Nest Inn Marais offers you a decoration mixing modern and old stones of a 17th century building. You are in the center of the history of Paris.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

Enjoy the charm of Parisian life in the famous and typical Marais district, in the heart of Paris!
In a 17th century building, come and stay in my 53 m² apartment, entirely renovated and decorated with care, with a chic and warm atmosphere.
It can accommodate from 2 to 5 people.
For more conviviality, the kitchen is open on the living room. You will be able to eat there thanks to the table and the 6 chairs at your disposal.
The kitchen area is also fully equipped to make your stay more pleasant (hotplates, microwave, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and storage,...)
If you need to do some extra shopping, local shops are just a few steps away from the apartment.
To rest, two rooms are at your disposal with each one a double bed (140*200).
The first room, with exposed beams, has a kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The second room, with a refined and neat decoration, also has a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and brown stone.
The bath linen is entirely provided and the toiletries (shower gel and shampoo) are offered!
Maximum arrival time: 7 p.m. (please contact us if you require a later arrival)

Come and take advantage of the unmissable tourist sites, such as the Place des Vosges, the House of Victor Hugo or the Picasso Museum.
The access to my studio is easy, thanks to the numerous public transports available nearby (subway, bus): subway lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11 as well as bus lines 88, 91 and 96.
If you drive, 2 covered paying parking lots, rue de Malte and rue René Boulanger, are very close to my studio. In the street, it will be possible and paying.

Philippe was an excellent host starting from the moment we booked. He is very responsive and gave good counsel on our airport transfer plans. We also had travel delays due to the Eurostar tunnel issue on 12/30 and he was very supportive while we sorted out how to get to Paris and new check-in times. The apartment is comfortable and attractive and was just right for two adults and two large teen boys. Our youngest used the sofa bed and so everyone basically had their own room. Having two full bathrooms with showers was great. One has a bathtub and one is smaller with open plan and a sliding glass door in the primary bedroom. No laundry but there is a good laundromat one block over that is clean and only takes coins and small euro bills. There are two small kitchen counters set up for making coffee/tea but I wouldn’t plan to cook meals there. Great kitchen table though if you want to bring food home to eat. The best part of this apartment is the location. It was easy to get anywhere in Paris from this address but the immediate neighborhood is fantastic. Don’t miss the Picasso Museum, morning coffee at Cortado, delicious pasta at Big Love. We were visiting over the holidays so we didn’t get to see the local food market in full swing - the hours didn’t match our schedule. But it looks amazing. In summary, this is a great place to stay if you are ready to explore Paris and like to be in the heart of great food, shopping, culture.

Host was extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating and stay was in a fabulous and convenient location. It had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to train stations, bars, restaurants, shopping and more.

Philippe was an exceptional host. The building is awesome and authentic—400 years old! The suite has all modern conveniences including great ventilation and new windows. Loved the location and architecture. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was adequate. Dishwasher was nice to have.
