Modern apartment - 2BR-6P-Oberkampf

The location & the fact that the property is in a quiet area.

The miscommunication, confusion and incorrect information given by Checkmyguest. I tried to call the office number a couple of days prior to arrival, no answer. Sent an email, no answer. The instructions missed our the 6-digit key collection code so I had to call the office on arrival at Device Keynest. The instructions also mention a keybox / lockbox on location. There was no such thing! When we went back to Device Keynest (shop) to return the keys on Sunday morning after 10h00, the shop was closed! I called the office again and was told the cleaner was outside the apartment waiting for us to hand the keys over to her. This was never mentioned previously! We were told to return the keys to the shop. The organisation was appalling, chaotic and very unprofessional! We wasted valuable time with simple admin that should have been sorted before the trip. On a material note, there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper (one already used & a new one) for 3 days/2 nights for 4 x people and the smoke alarm didn't work - when we got to the apartment, the battery was beeping as it was dead. Not a great start in terms of safety! Had anything happened, Checkmyguest would have been fully responsible! Well done to the person who checked the property prior to our arrival! This was my first and last booking with Checkmyguest - I wil never book anything through them again and will not recommend it either.Wu
