Got there and the keys were not there, we stayed on the street, at night for an hour and when they gave us it, the apart

The location

We booked the apartment believing as the web site said that it was big enough for 10 people, we were 7 and there was not enough bed sheets, non enough glasses or cups and not enough hot water for us to have a shower. Very disappointing.

Find a cooler place to stay in the summer.

The best part of this apartment is the location, it's in a great part of Paris for the night life. The streets were hopping with activity at night, in the morning there is a great bakery and multiple cafe's right next to the apartment to enjoy your morning expresso and croissant. It's also just a couple of blocks from the subway system so you can easily get around Paris from this location.

When we arrived at the apartment the inside temperature was 85 degrees Fahrenheit in the apartment. On any hot day in Paris, this apartment is miserably hot. It advertises air conditioning but has three portable units, one for each bedroom and only one of the three work because the room was so small. One bedroom would get down to 81 degrees while the middle bedroom was 88 degrees with the AC on, you will not sleep in these rooms during the summer. Also, both drains in the showers were completely backed up and wouldn't drain. After contacting the agency it seemed they were receptive to fixing the situation but when I returned to the apartment after being gone all day I had to contact them again for assistance. They did show up and fix the drains but did nothing about the heat.

Good location but very basic with a smell of sewage

We were initially given the wrong information as to where to get the keys, however, luckily they offered to drop the keys to us as we had just paid for a taxi. The flat was in a good location and located near good metro stations.

The flat was extremely basic and on the first night ended up smelling awfully of sewage. The response from the host was whether we were keeping the bathroom doors closed. The bathrooms are relatively modern but tiny and based off the side of the kitchen. The kitchen lacks most kitchen utensils making it hard to prepare anything. There were no mirrors in the apartment apart from the two bathrooms, we resulted in using the bed side tables with mirrored surfaces.

it was poorly managed. there was bo toilet paper and bathroom accessories. when we asked for it, we were asked to visit their office to pick it up.

the kitchen was equipp. ed with a coffee maker and a microwave oven, as well as a regular oven, but there weren't enough utensils for preparation of meals

The location- In a quiet part of the street but very close to lots of good restaurants, sites and public transport .

As others have said, the appartement can get a bit hot (so we fully used the fans and air conditionning) and they could do with a bit more kitchen equipement, but there was nothing that spoiled our stay. We had a great time.
