➡ Party Policy : No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied for non-compliance with this rule. In case of complaints from neighbors or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, with no possibility of reimbursement. The security deposit will be withheld. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you.
➡ Identity Verification : An identification document with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent any fraud.
➡ Children and Babies : Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, they must be added as "children."
➡ The sofa bed is prepared only on request or automatically for groups exceeding 8.
Arrival Day and Supplements :
Entries are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and exits are before 11:00 AM.
Supplements for late arrivals :
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: supplement of 30 euros.
- After 10:00 PM: supplement of 50 euros.
- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.
Departure Day : The final cleaning is included; we simply ask you to leave the accommodation in an acceptable condition, ensuring that you wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. We were able to store our bags in the apartment and come back at actual check in time. Mickael greeted us and was very informative and pleasant. The apartment was extremely well stocked and tidy. Yohann was amazing and always answered any questions in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect location. Thank you!

This property is spacious (our party had 9 people), clean, and a comfortable home base for a trip to Paris. The property is close to the Metro and a short walk to Montorguriel. Our hosts were great with communication and quite attentive in making sure we felt at home. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

We recently stayed a the Mirror house and while the interior description was accurate I was a bit surprised and concerned by the neighborhood and area around the street entrance based on the listing description. While it is located in the 2nd district and close to all the amenities that are listed it is in the middle of quite a seedy street. There we 6 of us traveling (3 couples) and we are in our late 50’s and 60’s; 3 women and 3 men; if the men were not with our group all of the females agreed that we would be uncomfortable coming and going at night with out men with us. Overall, the apartment was ok but the size of the double beds was quite small for 2 adults. The check in process was good and Mickael answered all our questions and was quite helpful.
