Great location near everything and all transportation in Paris. Building needs renovations and updates, but apartment was recently renovated and is comfortable

We arrived and loved the neighborhood and the apartment. It was big enough for our group. The bathrooms were small but adequate for us It was hot weather but the apartment was comfortable. We loved the kitchen and the ability to wash some clothes. The Wifi took a bit to figure out but luckily we had a tech savvy person in our group. It was a magical week in Paris.

Good location, nice, clean and well maintained. Some minor issues with opening front door lock with key (took some getting used to) and toaster tripping the fuse, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay here.weenjoyenjoyed

Nice size and location for exploring the city. The beds were smaller than advertised and the washing machine tries to run away from cabinet. The back bathroom shower leaks all the way into the kitchen.
