Great location, easy to get to all major Paris landmarks, metro is nearby. Lots of cool cafes, bars and shops nearby. clean apartment. Comfortable kitchen with everything you'd need for cooking etc. Recommended!
The ventilation in the bathroom is a bit noisy but it'd didn't spoil my stay there in any way.

La struttura molto carina e accogliente. L’alloggio era pulito, confortevole e in una posizione ottima. Abbiamo trovato biscotti, acqua e caffè. La cucina era dotata di tutto ciò che serviva e i riscaldamenti erano perfetti dopo una giornata al freddo. Direi tutto molto positivo.
La struttura era la quarto piano senza ascensore, ma non era segnalato da nessuna parte. La camera al piano di sopra, se pur molto carina, aveva il tetto molto basso. Doccia e lavabo si trovavano nel bagno in camera, mentre il water al piano di sotto. Solo un po’ scomodo per la notte.

Great location and easy self check-in
The apartment is quite small but acceptable. Cleanliness could be much better — there was a lot of dust and dirt. The first night someone in the building was smoking, and the smell came strongly into the bathroom and didn’t go away for next nights. My message to the service on WhatsApp was ignored. The noise from the street was also very noticeable.
