In the incredible and lively district of the historic Marais, come and discover this exceptional 70m2 apartment with 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Since July 2025, refined comfort meets modern luxury — enjoy the serenity of fully air-conditioned elegance in the heart of Paris.
It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator.
Spacious, modern and luminous, you will not miss anything.
With a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, real combined oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, washer-dryer), and a bistro table for breakfasts for 2, you will have an enjoyable stay in our apartment.
Working from home? Each room has a 55-inch smart TV to be able to work on a large screen and quickly thanks to the ultra fast WIFI via the fiber optic connection.
Pets are not allowed.
Guest Access:
Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request).
All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in the heart of the Marais.
This area is an exciting mix of trendy bars and boutiques and traditional French history and shops.
It is full of atypic bakeries, cheese and wine stores and restaurants.
Well renowned for its history, the area is a vibrant mix of communities, adding a unique charm to its paved pedestrian streets.
The nearby of Châtelet-Les-Halles, Center George Pompidou and BHV is a great plus for shopping.
For fashion boutiques addicts, you can stroll in the Marais district which is very lively even on Sundays.
Lots of museums are within walking distance.
Museum of Arts et Métiers in the footsteps of inventors, the famous George Pompidou Center consisting of one of the largest collection of modern and contemporary art in the world, the Museum of Hunting and Nature in a prestigious mansion from 17th century of the Marais.
Getting Around:
At the metro station Rambuteau which is at 3 minutes away by foot from the apartment, you will have the metro line 11.
At 7 minutes by foot at Châtelet-Les-Halles, you have the RER A, B and D. You will also have the metro lines 1, 4, 7 and 14 there.
You can also enjoy the view by taking the bus, bicycle and electric scooter.
Visiting Paris has never been so easy!

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. Earlier check-in may be possible upon request and subject to availability.
In accordance with French law (Article R.611-42 of the CESEDA), all foreign guests must complete a police form and provide an official identity document (passport). To make it easier, we use a secure online check-in tool that allows you to upload a photo of your passport before arrival. This is a legal requirement, quick and simple ✅
As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:
A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 10 EUR per night,
OR
* A refundable 500 EUR Security Deposit
If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:
💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.
✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.
🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
Interaction with Guests:
Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.
During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.
After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or message.
In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at our Vrbo. This was our very first Vrbo stay and time in France so we were very nervous since we also had a 1.5 year old in tow. Host, Nicolas, was very prompt with responses of his team was which was reassuring when assessing if we wanted to book. They were also very polite and courteous. The building is old but that’s expected in Paris. The elevator was a literal coffin size and could only fit me (I’m 5’4” and petite), diaper bag, and a compact stroller folded up. There seemed to be renovation going on with the elevator and courtyard/foyer of building. Our apartment was super cute and comfortable. Bed was clean and comfortable. Ample towels, hand soaps, mini toiletries available. We ran out of trash bags and host quickly dropped off more. Kitchen had essentials utensils, cups, plates. I will say, the cutting knives could be replaced or sharper though. I struggled cutting an apple for my daughter. Other reviews complained about the apartment being really loud at night but we did not find that to be accurate. There was a washer/dryer in unit and we had difficulty figuring it out even with the instructions. Fortunately there was a large drying rack available. The location was awesome! So centrally located. 20-25 min walk to Lourve, 13min walk to notre dame, 15 min walk to saint chapelle, 10 min walk to Place des vosges and shopping stores right outside door. I’d stay here again.

Charming flat in Le Marais! Such a great location and the flat is very spacious. My husband and I were traveling with my parents; we had plenty of space and were very comfortable. One small discrepancy with the description (as others have mentioned) each bedroom has a shower and sink, but there is only one toilet in a separate powder room. Certainly didn't spoil our good time, but worth noting.

Nice apartment in a safe non-tourist area of Paris. Elevator is like a coffin which we learned is to be expected for these old buildings. Apartment has been renovated. Floors were refinished, butvery creaky which made it difficult to control the noise with a two-year-old running around. Small hot water system so the hot water runs out quicker. A half mile from the Notre Dame Cathedral. The benefit of this apartment would be that it’s in a non-tourist area around 15 to 20 minutes away from the iconic visiting areas. This was also a slight negative because of the distance needed to be traveled for the more touristy areas. That being said we visited during New Year’s, which was incredibly packed and tough to find taxi/Uber. This is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for low-key experience.
