It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator.
Spacious, modern and luminous, you will not miss anything.
With a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, real combined oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, washer-dryer), and a bistro table for breakfasts for 2, you will have an enjoyable stay in our apartment.
Working from home? Each room has a 55-inch smart TV to be able to work on a large screen and quickly thanks to the ultra fast WIFI via the fiber optic connection.
Pets are not allowed.

Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request).
All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration.
The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in the heart of the Marais.
This area is an exciting mix of trendy bars and boutiques and traditional French history and shops.
It is full of atypic bakeries, cheese and wine stores and restaurants.
Well renowned for its history, the area is a vibrant mix of communities, adding a unique charm to its paved pedestrian streets.
The nearby of Châtelet-Les-Halles, Center George Pompidou and BHV is a great plus for shopping.
For fashion boutiques addicts, you can stroll in the Marais district which is very lively even on Sundays.
Lots of museums are within walking distance.
Museum of Arts et Métiers in the footsteps of inventors, the famous George Pompidou Center consisting of one of the largest collection of modern and contemporary art in the world, the Museum of Hunting and Nature in a prestigious mansion from 17th century of the Marais.
Getting Around:
At the metro station Rambuteau which is at 3 minutes away by foot from the apartment, you will have the metro line 11.
At 7 minutes by foot at Châtelet-Les-Halles, you have the RER A, B and D. You will also have the metro lines 1, 4, 7 and 14 there.
You can also enjoy the view by taking the bus, bicycle and electric scooter.
Visiting Paris has never been so easy!

Standard check-in time is as from 4:00PM.
A passport or ID is required upon arrival.
Information of 1st of February: There is renovation work of the staircase and courtyard going on.

Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.
During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.
After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or message.
In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.

Nice apartment in a safe non-tourist area of Paris. Elevator is like a coffin which we learned is to be expected for these old buildings. Apartment has been renovated. Floors were refinished, butvery creaky which made it difficult to control the noise with a two-year-old running around. Small hot water system so the hot water runs out quicker. A half mile from the Notre Dame Cathedral. The benefit of this apartment would be that it’s in a non-tourist area around 15 to 20 minutes away from the iconic visiting areas. This was also a slight negative because of the distance needed to be traveled for the more touristy areas. That being said we visited during New Year’s, which was incredibly packed and tough to find taxi/Uber. This is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for low-key experience.

Our family had a wonderful visit to Paris for the Christmas/New Year's week and this apartment was a wonderful home base.
It is located very centrally to all major sight seeing spots and also has easy access to the Metro for getting around. There are many, many cute boutiques, bistros and restaurants to shop and eat at, only steps away.
The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. For our family, having a bedroom at each end of the apartment was nice for some space after long days. The beds were very comfortable.
The kitchen had all we needed for our stay.
The managers were very easy to communicate with, friendly and efficient. We arrived early on Christmas morning and were nervous about wandering around with our luggage after a long flight. The management was able to give us an early check in so we didn't have to worry about it!
We would absolutely stay here again!
