My own Emily in Paris apartment for a week

Beautifully decorated classic Parisian apartment in a great location. Building is on a busy street but has 4 doors to ensure the security. The bed is very comfortable. Neighborhood is very lively with a great mix of locals and tourists. The Pompidou Center is one block away. 10 minute walk to Notre Dame and St. Germaine and 5 minutes walk to Metro. Tons of shops, boutiques (Sandro, Sezane, Kooples etc), cafe, grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. Host are very nice and responsive. Highly recommend the place! Will definitively stay here again if visiting Paris in the future.

Marlon was there to meet us with the keys and to answer any questions we had, whether it was about the apartment, neighborhood, dining suggestions, etc. He was also available any time we needed him via WhatsApp. Excellent experience.

The neighborhood is very charming. So close to everything we wanted, cafes, restaurants, jazz clubs, wine bars, markets, bakeries, a chocolatier, etc. We're very happy we stayed there. However, it wasn't always very quiet at night. C'est la vie. C'est Paris. Bring ear plugs and sleep when you're back home.

Lovely spacious apartment in good location

Good location. Spacious apartment. Good bed. Cannot hear noise from outside or from neighbors. Warm inside, but not too hot. Very friendly host who was waiting for us on time, even if we got a bit delayed. Nice design inside the house.

Small bathroom. Small toilet. Pillows a bit too soft for my taste. For the price we paid we can be picky: bedlamp should be replaced, found some little dust in the house, water in kitchensink looks a bit stuck.

The perfect spot in Le Marais

Everything was wonderful about this apartment from the host who was so flexible meeting us earlier than we had originally arranged to the absolutely charming and comfortable room. In the heart of Le Marais, it was a perfect location for exploring, with many sights within walking distance. There are many excellent restaurants nearby and Marlon, our host, gave us some great recommendations. It was a very safe building. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and glasses though we did have to purchase our own coffee after the first morning. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower had great water pressure. Also, though it is a busy area, there must be soundproofing because it was very quiet and we slept very well. Would stay here again without question! Thank you Marlon and Augustin for your hospitality and help with arranging a taxi on our last day!

Good base to explore central Paris

In a secured building, elevator is a bonus, good sized dining area, comfy beds, central location, very short walk to Rambuteau metro, variety of dining options

Stayed in the Jaspe apartment for 4 nights - had to call to ask help from one of the hosts quite soon after check-in because dishwasher was not functioning properly. Also a bit disappointing that the TV was not properly connected to wifi router so only very limited and only French channels could be viewed. I believe this could have been checked and easily fixed before our occupancy - as is expected of a luxury apartment.

The location really helped to make this a memorable visit to Paris.

Location was superb. Walking distance to everything we wanted. Close to many cafes and restaurants and facilities.

We did expect more space in the apartment. This was the end of a long overseas trip and we paid what we thought was a premium for location and size of apartment. For example, the bathroom was tiny. We do understand that space is a premium in central Paris but we were a little disappointed with this one compared with several others we stayed in Europe recently. However we did get used to it and were sad to leave in the end.

Great location, Marlon and Augustin were so nice and helpful, comfy bed, nice toiletries, quiet location. Enjoyed being able to open the windows to get some air. Loved it. Highly recommend. We are planning to stay again next year. The room is a nice size.

Beautiful studio in the heart of the Marais

Excellent location, right in the heart of the Marais, steps from the Pompidou/ Les Halles and Hotel de Ville metro. Beautiful spacious room with lots of natural light. Bed was super comfy. Staff is always available if tou need anything, special shoutout to Marlon who was so helpful!

Everything was nice. A foldable support to open out luggage would have been appreciated. Bathroom is tiny, but hey it’s Paris, and it has a bathtub.

Great facility! Close to everything Paris!

This location is excellent. Le Marais is the center of everything Paris. Lots of bakeries, restaurants, shops, sweets, bars, etc.. Close to METRO and BUSES. Walking distance to great department stores and chic boutiques. Very safe neighborhood. Lots , and lots of people drinking and eating in the neighborhood cafes and bars until late evening. We stayed in an apartment looking at the courtyard and it was sheltered from the street noise.

An intimate Parisian apartment in a central neighborhood

The location of this property is superb. It is easy to walk to many sites. The neighborhood is lively with many cafes, Boulanger and boutiques. The apartment, Rose Quartz, is small but charming. Both bedrooms have lovely big French windows. The details in the rooms make it feel very “French” A wet bar and a washing machine were convenient to have. The hosts gave good recommendations for restaurants.

There is no place in the rooms to store suitcases. The duvet is too warm to sleep under and there were no lighter bed coverings

The location was incredible. There was a little Matcha cafe right around the corner and right next door there was an AMAZING bakery with the best chocolate croissants. I loved how walkable it was there.

The bathroom was small but that's what happens with old buildings. There was also a hump in the floor between the kitchen and bedroom area....another aspect of an old building.

Wonderful apartment in lovely Le Marais

Loved the location in Le Marais. We walked everywhere. Plentiful restaurants, shopping, bakeries, markets outside your door. Beautifully appointed 1 bedroom with a comfortable pull out couch for our daughter. Very clean. Lovely balconies with French doors that open. Augustin was attentive and gracious and greeted us on arrival. It was very hot in Paris so the air condition and elevator were a luxury.
