No parking and to park was very expensive.

De locatie, de rust in een hele levendige buurt.
Het ziet er op het eerste gezicht heel luxe uit, maar het is afgeleefd: beschadigde kastjes, afgebrokkelde stukjes muur. De hygiëne was niet goed: vloer in woonkamer niet gekuist, in badkamer vloer-en plafondranden met schimmel.
