You will stay in a fully furnished and equipped apartment.
This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.
The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!
The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Marais district and a few minutes’ walk a large number of famous monuments.
This apartment is located on the first floor with elevator. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped American kitchen, a dining room and a large living room in which you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character and its calm.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.
The dining room has a dining table for 8 people and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.
Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.
You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.
Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.
A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Livin Paris was there for our check in and explained all of the details of the property. The property was spacious enough so my kids could enjoy some downtime in their own rooms. The unit was clean and convenient to most locations and lots of shops surrounding. The host communicated throughout and provided the details of how to access the property prior to the trip. The beds were small, but again this is European standards, being American we enjoy larger beds. That and the washing machine combo are the only 2 "wish list" changes. But it was great.

The apartment was beautiful and centrally located. Very clean with nice beds, showers and amenities. The host was very communicative and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Perfect for our family with three teenagers. Would definitely recommend staying here!
