Luxurious FLAT-le Marais - Beaubourg-Paris 3#AC

The location is excellent! The air conditioning was great and we were really happy to have it during August. The flat is well decorated, has everything you need and was very welcoming. Easy access to enter, with no issues. Clear and prompt communication from the owners.

The beds were a bit too hard for us. Also the apartment did not seem to receive a thorough cleaning before our arrival, as there were things left behind from previous guests, including a female’s lingerie item, and a few trash cans were not emptied.

This property is amazing in every aspect. The location is perfect, very close to restaurants, shops, and cafés, everything you might need. Downstairs, there is a really nice café/brasserie with excellent coffee and a wide selection of French pastries, so you’re all set for breakfast. The apartment is very beautiful, modern, and full of light. The rooms are spacious, bright, and very comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom, which is a big plus. We had everything we needed in both the kitchen and the bathrooms, all new and very clean. The host was very responsive and helpful with any details we asked about. Check-in is very easy, done entirely with codes, no need to meet in person. 10/10 for everything. It was by far the most beautiful place we’ve stayed in Paris.
