Luxurious FLAT-le Marais - Beaubourg-Paris 3#AC

Everything was so easy. Door codes to get in were provided promptly and they were easy to use. The apartment is beautiful and luxurious as promised, with 2 large bedrooms and 1 a bit smaller, 3 bathrooms (2 toilets) all beautifully appointed. nice towels, a washer/dryer, great kitchen with everything you need. It is in a lovely neighborhood that is lively but was not crowded at all - it had a great vibe and was a 25 minute walk to Notre Dame / Saint Chappelle. We were 2 couples and it was perfect though we had room for more. There is a cute cafe' beneath it for wonderful coffee and solid croissants.

Nothing negative to say!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean, and great location.

Power was out for 24 hours due to a problem with the power board in the unit. We had to open the windows, which was extremely noisy, and couldn’t charge our phones. We were still charged the full price.

The location is excellent! The air conditioning was great and we were really happy to have it during August. The flat is well decorated, has everything you need and was very welcoming. Easy access to enter, with no issues. Clear and prompt communication from the owners.

The beds were a bit too hard for us. Also the apartment did not seem to receive a thorough cleaning before our arrival, as there were things left behind from previous guests, including a female’s lingerie item, and a few trash cans were not emptied.

Очень хороший хозяин, хорошее расположение
