Each of the bedrooms has a queen size double bed, and in one of the bedrooms the double bed can be separated into 2 single beds, upon prior request. Bed linen and towels are provided
Two full bathrooms with showers, sink and toilet are also available, one of the bathrooms being communicating with the master bedroom.
A beautiful bright living room offers you a lounge area with a large flat screen TV and free wifi, as well as a dining area with a large table equipped with an extension cord for up to 8 people Finally, a beautiful fitted and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, crockery, and cookware), will allow you to prepare your meals with family or friends.
A washing machine is also equipped with the apartment in a laundry area where you will also find iron and ironing board, as well as a drying rack.
The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Marais to allow you to visit Paris, a stone's throw from the Pompidou Museum, from the Pinault Collection.
The Réaumur-Sébastopol Metro station is located at the corner of the street, and you are only 15 minutes walk from the Seine, the Paris City Hall or Notre-Dame.
A Mononoprix supermarket located a stone's throw away will allow you to do your shopping, and if you want to let yourself be tempted by the greed you will find Rue Montorgueil, Rue Réaumur or Rue de Bretagne all the food shops (Cheese shops, butchers, pastry shops, greengrocers)

You will be welcomed in person at our reception office located at 236 rue Saint Martin 75003 Paris (2 steps from the apartment) between 13:00 and 17:00 at the latest, a morning arrival being possible on prior request.
We will make a pre-authorization deposit of €500 on a Visa or Mastercard credit card at the reception, deposit released after your stay if the apartment is compliant and clean.
Then we will accompany you to the apartment located at 74 Boulevard de Sébastopol to introduce you to the premises and give you some instructions.
