Spacious and fans were provided for each bedroom.
The keys are actually kept in the building next door. When I went to retrieve them from the lock box, I was confronted by the owner of that building. He basically tried to tell me I must be in the wrong place because he does not allow tenants to rent out their rooms. He was rude. The place doesn't have AC so it was hot. Which we obviously knew this in advance, but our original Booking apartment would have had AC. It was canceled so we were forced to look for a place last minute.

Très bon emplacement à proximité du métro pour visiter Paris. Très bien équipé pour 8 personnes.
Il y aurait grand intérêt à installer la climatisation dans l’appartement. Les ventilateurs présents dans l’appartement étaient nettement insuffisants compte tenu de la canicule en cours. C’était suffoquant en entrant.

Great location, spacious flat, plenty of room for 8 people (not all couples)
Faults with flat - smelly drains, noisy ventilation (and none in downstairs bathroom); hinges on bedroom door broken; sockets for lights in sitting room didn't work, no plug for kitchen sink, no instructions for fixed and free-standing gadgets; wifi didn't work for email connections; kitchen had oven & microwave but many essential kitchen utensils needed: oven-proof dishes, mats & holder for hot dishes, teapot, cafetiere, colander, salad spinner, chopping/bread board, lemon squeezer, cheese grater.
