Great central location.

The resident that bombarded us on arrival, saying that this property was an illegal rental.` Lovely property and location, but the unit itself needs some attention as there a lot of half broken furniture, loose towel rails and loose bed side lamps. Just needs a proper fixed out by a handyman.

The space and location were awesome. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. We had 14 people and there was plenty of space for us all with the 3 bathrooms. It was close to a lot of places.

There were some things that maintenance could update like one of the barstools was falling apart, one of the tables was being held up with newspaper or napkins to level it. The shower doors didn’t close all the way causing water to spill when showering. And one of the bathroom doors had cardboard in the latch to keep it from locking someone in. If it is taken out the door knob does not turn to actually open the door. The flush cover was falling off too. One of the rules was we had to be quiet in the entrance coming and going from the building. Every time we walked in or out, the downstairs neighbor would come out and scold us for being too loud. We weren’t even talking, but there are 14 of us walking in so I’m sure it’s bound to make some noise with so many people. At one point she came out when we were coming back at 10pm and said we’ve been making noise all day when we left at 9am and were gone all day. She even threatened to call the police on us.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and loved the location of the apartment.

Loved the location. Close to many restaurants, shops, and metros to get around easily. Place was big and fit two families of 5 (so 10 total people) easily and comfortably.

There were a couple of issues…one of the bathroom sinks leaked into the drawers and onto the floor. The toilet seat was broken. The floors were very creaky and loud. Espresso machine didn’t work right. Nothing major, but several little things here and there that may need some attention.

Exceptional

The location couldn’t be any better, it’s right in the middle of everything! the apartment was spacious for all 7 of us, and the beds are comfortable. I highly recommend this for your next holiday!

A few minor inconveniences but overall a positive place to stay for a short time.

Excellent location, apartment was newly furnished and clean. Check in was easy.

The rest of the building was derelict and there was scaffolding over the windows. We had painters knocking on the window requesting access to leave them open whilst they painted. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and there was no tea towel or dishwasher tablets.

O bairro é muito agradável Não tivemos problemas de segurança, isso foi muito bom para nós.

O apartmento parece abandonado, muita coisa em falta, sem manutenção. Pedimos ajuda para fixar a tampa de uma sanita e para surpresa a pessoa que foi lá, tentou fixar a porta da máquina de lavar loiça e estragou a máquina.... Ficamos 10 pessoas sem máquina de lavar loiça pela negligência de alguém que não sabia o que fazia. Não tem roupeiros. As mesas são instáveis. Não tinha facas para preparar alimentos. Entre muitas outras....

La Ubicación excelente y las instalaciones muy bien el apartamento tiene buenas dimensiones.

Falta algo de mantenimiento, las ducha tienen muy poca presión de agua.

Le logement est très bien situé. La literie est confortable.

Il manque un peu d’entretien dans le logement. Plusieurs lampes ne fonctionnent pas, la porte du lave vaisselle est endommagé.
