Never again.

It had a somewhat good Location.

Broken facilitys, missing blankets, no respond to any request sended. Poor english of the staff. Beds were worn out. Ventilation didn‘t work.

Great location, not a fan of cockroaches.

The location was spot on. Very close to the Metro station. Close to shops restaurants and bars. All bedrooms have very nice and very comfy beds. Plenty of space for the 10 of us.

The place was full of cockroaches. Every kitchen cupboard you opened, you could see at least a few cockroaches. There was a very strong smell of cigarettes on arrival so we had to open all windows for a good couple of hours to get some fresh air. Also be careful as they charge you for keeping the luggage at their office. £5 per suitcase and £3 per backpack (even if you want to leave it with them for 1.5 hrs). So it if it’s a group of 10 ppl, it’s quite a lot to pay.

The location was great. The number of bedrooms and comfort of the bedrooms was good. The hosts were relatively responsive.

The main living area was less satisfying than we expected based on the photos, small sort of run-down, few amenities, TV remote didn’t work completely.

Ottima posizione. Vicino al centro e comodissima per la metropolitana. Casa ben organizzata con 4 camere e 2 bagni.

Cucina non attrezzata. Poche stoviglie, e piatti. frigorifero e lavastoviglie minuscoli.

Agradable estancia en familia

Sobre todo la ubicación y las habitaciones, muy amplias y camas muy cómodas

La cocina, puesto que no hay espacio para colocar los utensilios. Además falta menaje de cocina y espacio en la nevera (es un minibar). Además, tampoco me gusto la iluminación de los dormitorios, muy tenue y lúgubre, faltan lámparas. El trato de las personas que regentan el apartamento no fue amable (URBAN FLAT paris). No fueron flexibles a la hora de solicitar dejar las maletas en la consigna el día de llegada (sin cargo). Tuvimos que pagar 5€ por maleta y 3€ por mochila (aún viajando con bebé y niño de 6 años). Nos solicitaron a mitad de estancia que entrara el electricista a mirar el cuadro eléctrico y nos dejaron sin agua caliente en el apartamento, sin aportarnos ninguna solución. El día de salida solicitamos late check out hasta las 12:00 (puesto que estábamos sujetos a los horarios del bebé y el niño) y la respuesta aún habiendo tenido el problema el día anterior con el agua, fue NO. Tuve que insistir para conseguir salir a las 11:30h.
