Well-located apartment in Paris that we would book again on a future visit.

Excellent communication with the Urban Flat staff via WhatsApp — very quick and helpful. The apartment was clean, with spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Although we were a group of 13 and the living–dining area sometimes felt a bit small, it wasn’t a problem since we didn’t spend much time inside. The location is ideal, right next to the metro and only about a 20-minute walk from the Louvre, the Seine, and other main attractions.

There was nothing major that we disliked. However, the pillows were quite hard, and many of us found it difficult to rest comfortably. There was also a slight drain smell in one of the bedrooms, although I’m not sure if this is something that can be easily fixed. Lastly, the drain of one of the bathroom sinks was slow.

Lots of room and very helpful staff

It fitted 6 adults and 5 kids staff was very helpful And we left our bags 2 mins around the corner which was very helpful

There was a bad smell in one of the bathroom smelled like sewer Needed to clean the backs of doors and beside of the beds were there was some dust and a bit of dirt Location wasn’t as near to attraction as we thought so had to use a bus all the time to get to the main points on Paris Mirrors was to high in the bedrooms need to be lowered a bit

Dissapointed and overpriced

It was spacious enough to accommodate our family with 4 kids and 4 adults, but way too expensive for what we were given.

Location had a lot of prostitution. Everything was falling apart, not enough utensil, no knife, only 1 toilet roll per bathroom for a family of 8! Coffee machine and stove broken... .list is long

Terrible

On January 10, 2024, we booked and paid for a stay at 134- Urban Gorgeous Flat in Montorgueil for 4 adults and 5 children from January 18 to January 21, 2024. We confirmed our arrival on the January 17, 2024 evening, and the hosts assured us that they were eagerly anticipating our stay. However, upon landing on January 18, 2024, we received an email stating that there was an issue with the booked apartment, and we were redirected to Urban Flat 103 Grands Boulevards. Despite our willingness to explore alternative options, the hosts at their office mentioned it would be time-consuming. Considering our group, including 5 children, we reluctantly accepted Urban Flat 103 Grands Boulevards. Urban Flat 103 Grands Boulevards was a 4-room apartment with 1 en-suite bathroom and 2 additional bathrooms. Upon entering, we noticed the absence of soap and drinking water. The bathrooms were too small for two people to enter and move around at the same time and all the rooms and bathrooms were unclean. The living room sofa was broken, and upon removing the bedsheet, we discovered the quilt's unsatisfactory cleanliness. Unfortunately, despite our attempts to address these concerns with the authorities, we received no resolution.

Great place for a large family

The accommodation was great for a family of 10. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were good size with two bathrooms. Would definitely recommend.

There was only a few glasses for 10 people. There was only 1 electric plug in the kitchen to use the coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Otherwise everything was great.

No AC, flat felt like a run down college dorm room with unresponsive & unhelpful hosts.

The location was pretty good - close to some metro stations and not too long a walk to major attractions like Rue Montorgueil, the Louvre, etc.

The flat was listed as having air conditioning. It did not. The thermostat on the wall didn't even list air conditioning as an option, only heat. When we reached out to the property managers, they told us they would reach out to have it serviced. The next day they said they still hadn't heard back about the service and that it would take a long time to get it fixed. Meanwhile, we were only in Paris for four days. Our entire stay was without air conditioning, which I understand is the norm for Europe, but we were traveling with my 87 year old grandmother and so we had explicitly looked to book a place that had air conditioning. We asked for additional fans and the property managers never delivered them. It was exceedingly hot, and no screens on the windows meant sleeping with them closed or accepting mosquito bites and noise from the street below, so it was hard to sleep at night. Additionally, the place felt like it was old and run down. Lamp sconces were falling out of the walls, the head board fabric was ripping and falling off. There were marks on the walls. The listing claimed it could accommodate the 8 of us, but we found there was no storage or closet space for luggage, there were few places to hang towels after a shower. On our stay of four days we had to go buy toilet paper, dish soap and dish towels.

Gem in Paris

Lovely and cozy place for our family gathering, we were 12. I highly recommend this place, The staff throughout were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The location of this place is was excellent for our sightseeing. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped.

Wegens waterlek overgeplaatst naar appartement van slechte staat en hygiëne.

Wegens een waterlek werden we omgeboekt naar een ander appartement. Dit appartement was in een zeer slechte staat en hygiene: • vlekken op lakens van bloed, zalf en schilfers • haren op dekbed, matrassen, vloer en handdoeken • vlekken op de achterkant van de kussens • vlekken in de badkamer en hele vieze afvoer geur na gebruik douche en wc • bestek la met vettig bestek • koelkast had een hele vieze geur • toen we aankwamen vonden we in de banken nog stukken plastic en verpakkingen van vorige gasten en etensresten in het vloerkleed We hebben alle foto's hiervan doorgestuurd naar ons contactpersoon en ze zijn met geen oplossing gekomen. Zeer slechte service en onacceptabel!

Estuvo muy bien para una corta estancia

La ubicación es muy buena y se encuentra a 50m de una boca de metro. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y los baños más amolios de lo que se acostumbra en Paris. El contacto de la empresa es rápido en responder a las dudas.

Solo hay un juego de llave para los 7 huéspedes que estuvimos. El barrio es muy ruidoso y no hay buena aislacion en las ventanas. No hay separación de residuos. El horario de check-in es un poco tarde.

Skulle vært noen knagger for oppheng av klær ved inngangspartiet og på badet for håndduker. Litt liten kaffetrakter med tanke på at vi var mange. Oppvaskmaskinen var vanskelig å få til å vaske rent, tror det var noe med vanninntaket som vi etterhvert fant ut av. Putene i senga var tempur og for store og harde.
