The location is very good. and clean interior My three friends family members are They was able to enjoy a wonderful trip to Paris in the center of Paris. And They met here like a friend. Alex He always made sure there were any inconveniences in using the house. He treated us comfortably like friends They felt like I met a wonderful friend who lives in Paris. Clean, comfortable, lovely location.

The apartment was lovely and very clean, with a really clever layout and lots of natural light. Having a TV with Netflix was a big plus for us, especially with young kids — it was great to be able to keep them occupied for a while. The cooking facilities were excellent and very helpful for a young family: a hob, microwave, and even a small dishwasher, which made things much easier for us. The location was great, and the hosts were extremely accommodating. They kindly allowed us an early check-in and were very helpful with storing our package afterwards. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this apartment

Lovely room, great location, but the service needs improvement

We loved the room. It was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire place was really cozy with a beautiful view of the city. Check-in was easy, and our stay was pleasant and quiet. We didn’t have enough towels in the room, but it wasn't a big deal. The location was excellent

The main issue we had, and the reason we didn't give a perfect rating, was the service. We wanted to store our luggage at the staff office after check-out, which we were told was possible just the day before. However, on the day of our departure, there was no one to talk to. We weren't given the address of the office—which, it turns out, was in a different building, something we feel should have been mentioned. I called the contact number and sent messages through every possible channel, but there was no response for nearly two hours—exactly when we were supposed to leave. It was very frustrating, and by the time they finally replied, we had already paid to leave our bags in a locker. It really left a bad taste in our mouths

Good apartment but MUCH better communication required so that accessibility is clear.

The size of the apartment, the overall facilities and the cleanliness.

The advertisement of this property was misleading - it specified views and there were none. The email with codes did not tell us which floor our apartment was on. We were under the impression there was only a possibility of one flight of stairs IF we were allocated the attic apartment. My husband has knee issues and we would not have booked if we had know there were so many stairs from the ground floor and then up to the attic appartment . We had a lot of luggage. Poor communication in this respect and misleading advertising.

Cozy, adequate - but definitely crowded!

The location was great - if a bit noisy from the street until later in the night. Bathrooms were roomy. The washer and drying rack were adequate.

The main bedroom was so small that we had to move the armoire into the hall to open the doors, where it was a constant nuisance. The other two bedrooms were difficult because one of the couple could not leave the room while the other was sleeping and completely close the curtain/door.

Location, beautiful, large bathroom with great shower and a big window, very clean, comfy bed and the sofa was also very comfy. Perfect flat for 2 people, with more it get quite squashed.

The fact that it says it is one bedroom, but in reality it a studio with glass door to separate the sleeping area, and the living room has no window. Which is fine, but could be clearly described so that you know what to expect, the pictures not always tell everything.

Apparments super small, it's not for a family, only for 1 - 2 persons maximum.

The location is good, neat the metro stations, a few supermarkets, You can easy to travel from this location.

First of all, the apartments are small. There's not enough space for the family at all. Maximum 2 persons. There are super small rooms with only a bed plus a small kitchen for 2 persons, but not for a family. It's quite noisy outside at night. You will not be able to open the window at night. It's not clean. We stayed for 7 days, and no cleaning. For this price it's overvalued apartments.

Not worth the money

Kitchen

You can clearly hear noises from upstairs and outside. The check-in time is very late at 18:00pm and check-out time at too early at 10am. The cleaners knocked my door literally at 10am for me to leave. The office wouldn’t let me check in earlier. Overall It was ok but definitely not worth the money. Would have stayed at a nice hotel at this price and get much better service.

No iron as stated, but they did offer to bring one. Automated responses and feels like you’re talking to an Agency as opposed to our other stays being very personal. I dont love updating my personal photos and ID’s to CheckmyGuest service.

Good location , close to train stations and a Westfield mall . Have air conditioning and kitchen. Got different restaurants and fast food near by.

Can be a little noisy outside at night in weekend but overall good environment. Lift only access from 1 st floor so still need to carry our luggage from ground to first floor.

Location, interior of the room. All facilities are well maintained. Photos are very realistic. Communication with the owners. Clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. Highly recommend and will certainly book the same apartment next time I'm in Paris.

Great location but too small for more than one pccupant

There was a lovely little bakery just down the rue du caire that offered excellent pastries. The location of the apartment was great, I walked to my meetings and was able to get everyone on foot. The decor of the apartment was very nice. The host kindly provided extra pillows on request. Having a washing machine and microwave was great!

The apartment block was very easy to get to but the directions to get to the apartment were super confusing - they did not tell you which apartment was yours, simply the address of the main block and even that was confusing because I recieved a manual for 23 Rue Du Caire when I was staying at 14 Rue Du Caire. I didn't know which floor I was on and when told it was the second floor, arrived and didn't know which apartment was mine (there were two!) So I just guessed and luckily the code worked. Everyone must have got confusing instructions as well because someone tried to open my apartment on the second day! The first night I stayed, the electricity went out for 3 hours, as I had just arrived I did not yet have time to buy a sim so was relying on WiFi and had no way to contact the host. I was too frightened to leave the apartment because I did not know if the lock system was electronically activated and was worried about being locked out. I asked for help from some other people in the apartment and the electricity came back later that evening. My shower drain was blocked and so the shower flooded the first 2 days I took a shower but that was fixed quickly. The nespresso machine leaked so I just had to work around it by only putting enough water for 1 cup so there was no extra water to leak out. The apartment was much smaller than it looked in the pictures, great for 1 person but for 2 it was a squeeze.

Clean and comfortable apartment with a great location

Location was great, a 20-minute walk to the Louvre or Notre Dame cathedral, several Metro stations close by. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

The Ikea brand microwave was not intuitive to operate, and we couldn't figure out how to get it to work, there should be instructions on how to operate it. Because it's an attic apartment, the ceilings are low in some places, I bumped my head several times getting out of bed. The elevator runs from the first to the fifth floors and the apartment is on the sixth floor, so you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs from the ground floor to the first floor, then get on the elevator at the fifth floor and carry your bag up one more flight to the sixth floor.

First time staying in the 2nd district. So close to everywhere. It was a pleasure exploring Paris. The suite was very well equipped and comfortable.

To be honest it was a short stay and it was very comfortable. I have no negative comment.

The location was very convenient

There was a lack of furniture and places to store your belongings. The closet was very small, and there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom all the time. The couch was used as a bed since we were three guests, but it was very uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep. However, stuff was very supportive and polite

I would give your company and booking.com a zero out of ten if I could. On the 11th of April at 16:27 we accidentally booked a stay for the 23-24 of April instead of the 23-24 July and realised the mistake immediately. We then sent a modification request on 11 April at 16:29 (2 minutes later) We contacted you and booking.com immediately to move the booking. You used delay tactics before telling us that you did not receive the modification request even after we sent you and booking.com the screenshots and thread of the modifications on booking.com website. Even booking .com told us that they can confirm this from their system they can see you had received this information. You then said the days requested were not available to move even though I can still book them now. You refused to move the date and offered us a cancellation fee of £450 even though the booking for the 1 night stay was £507 almost 90 percent. Never mind that your thumbnail on booking.com says free Cancellation We contacted you directly and explained the situation with all the evidence and you still chose to take the entire amount ruining our family holiday. 2 minutes would not have changed your opportunity to advertise the property but you refused to help us and took the entire amount for a simple mistake. I would understand if we didn't notice the error and left the booking to the last minute but you and booking.com were notified immediately. I have all the emails phone logs and screen shots to prove this yet you and booking.com did nothing. The point of using Booking.com was to avoid having any issues when arranging a once in a lifetime family holiday, but it seems even though Booking.com's agents agreed that this behaviour was out of line and that the accommodation's agents were unreasonable and unhelpful, Booking.com did nothing to help rectify the situation and instead gave us the contact details of the accommodation to resolve this directly.

I didn't like the fact that you took £507 for a booking that you knew we couldn't make for a simple mistake that we reported within 2 minutes. Your business practice and policy is unreasonable and unethical.

The property was very clean and the beds were amazing, the mattresses were on par with my own. Super comfy.

We didn’t realise there were steps up to the property as on the search I searched for properties with a lift, this does have a lift but you have to walk up some stairs to get to it.

Eu diria que é um ap para 2 pessoas, fomos em 4 sendo 2 criancas que dormiram no sofa cama da sala, mas ficou muito apertado, nao tinhamos onde colocar as malas de roupas pois o espaço era bem pequeno. (tipo uma kitnet de sao paulo). Se fosse para um casal seria perfeito. O proprietario tem outras opções de 2 ou 3 quartos, ai eu diria que seria o ideal para uma familia pegar um ap maior. De resto tudo otimo, limpo, bem localizado.

Die Lage, die Größe der Zimmer, getrenntes Badezimmer und WC, problemloses Funktionieren der Türcodes, Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeit des Gepäcks am Tag der Abreise bis zum Abflug, sehr freundliches Personal im Büro

Im Dachgeschoss und im Appartement einen Stock darunter, war jede Nacht ab ca 0400 - 0430 morgens starkes, unregelmäßiges Klopfen in der Wand (Heizungsrohre?) zu hören, obwohl die Klimaanlagen nicht aktiviert waren. Schlaf war ab diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr möglich. Entsetzlich. Die rollbaren Heizkörper im Zimmer heizten zwar den Raum in dem sie standen, aber wegen der engen Durchgänge in die Schlafzimmer, blieben die Schlafzimmer eiskalt. Wir mussten wegen der Kälte mit Tageskleidung schlafen. Notwendige Lösung wie überall: 2 Heizkörper pro Appartement. Klimaanlage funktionierte überhaupt nicht Die WiFi Codes waren nicht korrekt. Sie funktionierten in keinem Appartement.
