Résidence Caire - Paris center

The most gorgeous brand new apartment in the heart of Paris, with an elevator and air conditioning in the living room and extra fan for the bedroom. The beds were heavenly, just like sleeping on clouds. The property was secured well and in a great area, everything is in walking distance metro station, bus, uber pick up place whatever u might need. The fridge was stocked with water upon arrival and if you needed anything Alex was very attentive and gave quick responses. Would absolutely recommend this place !

The only small downside are the stairs you need to take to go the elevator which can be a hassle with big suitcases

Alex the host was responsive, prompt and very helpful. Love the location, smack in the center of 2nd arr, easy access to different areas, 3 nearby metro stations practically links you everywhere. Lots of good food options around, we took Chinese steamboat, Korean, Hainanese chicken rice, kebab on top of good French restaurants and cafes nearby, all within walking distance. There is a marche supermarket for fresh produces, supermarket 20, franprix, and monoprix, and macdonalds and Starbucks within 5 mins walk. The unit itself was well structured, comfortable, very clean and has everything we need. We felt very safe with the security front gate and double locked door.. We paid for a late check-out and an early check-in. And were very satisfied with it. System used for it was easy to navigate. And Alex the host was quick to respond to our queries on the request through booking.com. He definitely made our trip much easier. This will be a recurring stay I will do again if I visit Paris again. Thanks.

The room had done proper sound proofing, but because our unit was just above on 2nd floor facing a resturant that operates late (plus it is World Cup season and one of the nights was France music festival, so the partying goes beyond midnight and you can hear. But not really a big problem.

The apartment was great. Modern, clean, well equipped and decorated. Everything was new and worked perfectly. Air conditioning was very good too. The host was lovely, always answered to all my questions very quickly, and communication was easy. Before my stay I received a guide with all the instructions to access the apartment and also some recommendations (restaurants, etc) which was nice. The location was great too, very central and the neighbourhood was very nice, with lots of good restaurants and boulangeries nearby. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Kitchen

You can clearly hear noises from upstairs and outside. The check-in time is very late at 18:00pm and check-out time at too early at 10am. The cleaners knocked my door literally at 10am for me to leave. The office wouldn’t let me check in earlier. Overall It was ok but definitely not worth the money. Would have stayed at a nice hotel at this price and get much better service.
