Great property in a fabulous location. The staff were also very attentive .

Service and communication. We had serious issues with property and it resulted in our business problems since we visited Paris for business purposes. We lost opportunity to finalize business negotiations with partners due to property mistake. On top, they were veeeeery rude, like it was our mistake.

You have everything and the apartment still feels spacious. Very good location so we mostly walked everywhere. Heating and air con. Were allowed to leave suitcases at the office on the check out day.

4th floor without the loft was tough with a suitcase.

I recommend this place, as the value for money was sufficient :)

Despite the apartment being small, it offered complimentary drinks and toiletries, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment was warm and cozy. Additionally, the location close to the city centre made it very convenient to get around.

On the downside, access was via very narrow and steep stairs (which is probably not surprising in a Parisian building), the view from the window overlooked a dirty rooftop, and poor soundproofing meant noise from other guests returning at night disturbed our sleep.

Pleasant stay, great central location, 20 min to Louvre and 30 to Norte dam

The room overall had everything you need for short stay. The heating was great, it was very warm in the room

The floors were dirty once we arrived. The only knife for cooking was very small and toilet paper holder was broken. Towel for cutlery would be great as well as plates holder after they were washed, but kitchen was very small so there was no place for it.

Great location, nice room for two. Easy check-in/out. A bit noisy.

I really liked the location – it was perfect and made it easy to get around the city. The room was a good size for two people, and it had everything we needed (except a few more hooks). It was also nice to have a TV, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy. I also appreciated that it was possible to store our luggage after check-out.

The room was quite noisy – you could easily hear sounds from the hallway and the floor above. It would also be great to have a few more hooks for towels and clothes, both in the bathroom and in the room itself.

Great location in Paris, super comfy for families

4th floor with no elevator was challenging with the luggage. Also the need to go to the office for the check in when the family is waiting on the street with all the luggage isn't great. Would suggest to improve that part of the process. Also, very challenging closest as they only have hangers and no shelves. Could improve on that as well to allow more access to clothing on longer stays.

The renovated room, everything included in the kitchen all the utilities and beautiful bathroom, comfy bed.

The location on the booking is not exact it just says 2 arr. and not 105 Rue d’Aboukir. We were trying to find the property for an hour. It should be written the exact location. There is no towel hangers and the floor was a bit dirty. There could be an option for second cover in the closet.

I had a beautiful stay- I hated climbing the stairs to floor 6 on a daily basis after a long walks around Paris.

Location wise this is the best ! However, be prepared to climb up the stairs with your suit cases

Dirty smelly apartment with really scary view!

Location was ok.

The apartment was completely different than what we booked on Booking.com, photos don’t match so we were basically tricked:( It’s extremely small, dirty, the bathroom smells really bad, there is some problem with drainage I guess.. The view was disgusting to the other apartment and some dirt in the middle of the building. The bed was broken and made out of 2 separate beds. So bad for that price!! It was my birthday weekend and we were really excited about this trip to Paris but we unfortunately chose wrong apartment;(((

A small but well-equipped Paris apartment, ideal for a short city break

Location is excellent. Close to all the main Paris attractions.

The room was tiny (which is quite common in Paris), but it had everything we needed – fridge, washing machine, etc. A few shelves or extra hooks for coats would have been helpful. We had booked a room with a street view, but ended up with one facing the interior instead. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property!

Nice size apartment in great location

Having 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets was very convenient for our family of four. The location was great - close to many great shops & restaurants and walking distance to many sites. Having a washing machine with dryer was great.

If coming from Gare du Nord, I would suggest taking a taxi or Uber. The apartment is in a nice area, but you have to walk through a rough area to get there from Gare du Nord.

The property is clean and nice

Very noisy neighbors who scream and laugh at night, building are very old and you can hear everything. Host promised to do their best to provide an extra blanket but than wrote that it wasn’t possible for this facilities at all after we arrived, so it was a little dissapointing

Great location in Paris

Location was great with lots of local shops and restaurants. The apartment was fairly spacious and modern. Also convenient metro access to get around the city. We were able to store our luggage at their office until our departure after we checked out.

The apartment lock was temperamental and sometimes the key would get stuck in the lock and be hard to remove. The sound insulation of the apartment is very poor, we could hear everything happening in the hall way, including other guests who would be shouting/coming in and out of their apartments at early hours of the morning. This affected our sleep a lot. There are fairly steep and winding stairs with no elevator, so difficult for people with poor mobility or lots of heavy luggage.

A very reliable company with excellent communication – the staff was responsive and professional. 👍 It's convenient that the office is located nearby and offers luggage storage if needed. The location is fantastic – a central area with lively pedestrian streets and cozy cafés just around the corner, yet the apartment itself is on a quiet side street, ensuring a peaceful stay. 🏙️☕ The apartment is comfortable for two people and equipped with everything necessary for preparing simple meals. The bed was comfortable, and the large single duvet was a nice touch! The overall cleanliness was satisfactory, but more frequent cleaning of harder-to-reach areas, such as bathroom grout, floor moldings, and door frames, would be appreciated. Overall, a great experience – highly recommended! 👌

Cute appartment, perfect hygiene, - but - stairs

Very cute little apartment, very quiet - it was very hot and we slept with the windows open. The hygiene was perfect, the apartment was spotless clean. It smelled a lot like detergent when we arrived, not entirely pleasant, but of course understandable.

The stairs, as mentioned by other guests - many flights of stairs, relatively narrow and quite steep. It was mostly problematic to get the suitcases up and down. For the rest of our stay, we really didn’t spent much time in the accommodation and were basically leaving in the morning and coming back in the evening. We are young and fit enough for this to be a non-issue, but definitely not good for elderly guests.

Lovely Central Studio- many many stairs!

The studio was warm, clean and quiet. The kitchen had everything needed. Nicely decorated also. Good hosts, very helpful and easy to contact.

The amount of stairs- total 7 flights, very hard with luggage! No lift as older property. The area can be a little risqué at night! But during the day all was well.

We had a wonderful stay! The apt was cute and provided everything we needed in a safe area. 😃

The property was VERY clean and neat. The area was pretty quiet for the most part. We got lots of good rest. It is near lots of cafes and other places to eat and surrounded by several subway stations!

The bathroom could use another shelf on the wall and some exra hooks to hang towels and such. The pillows on the bed need to be replaced with new ones.

Not what we paid for

large shower with choice of 2 shower heads location

Very jet lagged when we arrived so did not register we were not given the room we actually paid for. We were put into a small studio apartment with no city view, we looked out onto a dirty rooftop and someone else's windows No seperate bedroom or lounge as shown in the booking.com ad. We were in apartment 2. I have uploaded photos to back up this review.
