Residence Center of Paris by Studio prestige

First of all, we only used the two bedrooms, not the sofa bed as we had 3 adults so I can't comment on everything, but the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. It was a very hot week in Paris. It was great to have the washer / dryer and fridge. The neighborhood has alot going on, but was quiet at night, and there are multiple Metro lines close by.

Walking up stairs at the end of a long day! Three flights seem like more when you already had a whole day walking in the city.

Great location, good facilities and very clean. the only problem for one of us was using the stairs. Her mobility make it very stressful.Mention of narrow stairs up to the 4th floor would have been helpful.My friend felt a bit stuck in the apartment.I know the site mentioned no elevator and I probably should have asked more questions before booking.

The toilet was rather cramped for me at 193cm in height.Obviously the stairs were an issue and at first the door code was difficult to master.

Bed so comfortable, good sized shower and good kitchen appliances. Location near metro stop and gard du norde

The room was airconditioned and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was also good. The washing machine was great and the coffee machine was good too and, when I asked the cleaning lady for more coffee pods she gave me plenty. Nice toiletries in the bathroom.

The fact that it was 4 and a bit floors up with no lift. The toilet roll holder, lid for the coffee machine reservoir and ironing board were all broken. I did manage to fix the ironing board. The floor was not super clean. Some dishes were chipped, there was a washing machine (the main reason for booking the place) but no place to hang the wet clothes. Also, there was only one, uncomfortable chair so nowhere to sit other than the bed. Also, fo a short person travelling alone ie me, the cupboard with the dishes, cups, glasses and utensils was too high to reach and there was nothing to stand on. In the bathroom there is nowhere to hang the towels and nowhere to hang them in the room. The common stair area was not well lit at the bottom and the entrance hall area was not clean.
