The stairs, the noise from the other apartments

It was close to all touristic places, Air-con was amazing during the hot weather, washing machine were handy to use.

There were only 2 pillows. Most of the places I stayed have 4 pillows to add extra comfort and practicality. Finding the apartment was a bit confusing but we got there in the end.

Key collection was easy but didn't realise at first it was in a seperate building. However, the staff was helpful and walked us to our apartment and gave some washing powder to help us wash our clothes. The only disadvance was the WIFI wasn't stable throughout the night. We were very happy that it was on the 2nd floor and not the top floor especially with our luggage.

The room was airconditioned and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was also good. The washing machine was great and the coffee machine was good too and, when I asked the cleaning lady for more coffee pods she gave me plenty. Nice toiletries in the bathroom.

The fact that it was 4 and a bit floors up with no lift. The toilet roll holder, lid for the coffee machine reservoir and ironing board were all broken. I did manage to fix the ironing board. The floor was not super clean. Some dishes were chipped, there was a washing machine (the main reason for booking the place) but no place to hang the wet clothes. Also, there was only one, uncomfortable chair so nowhere to sit other than the bed. Also, fo a short person travelling alone ie me, the cupboard with the dishes, cups, glasses and utensils was too high to reach and there was nothing to stand on. In the bathroom there is nowhere to hang the towels and nowhere to hang them in the room. The common stair area was not well lit at the bottom and the entrance hall area was not clean.
