Welcome to our sublime apartment in the 2nd arrondissement, in the heart of Paris, in the prestigious Montorgueil district. This 18th-century building features a flower-filled, cobbled courtyard. The apartment was completely renovated in early 2023, mixing modern designer furniture with antiques from different periods.
The Space:
This luxurious 3 double-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The property is located on the 2nd floor.
The entrance hall features a corridor with plenty of storage space and a separate toilet.
In the living room, you'll enjoy a large open-plan kitchen, a solid wood table that can seat 6, and a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa.
You'll appreciate the stone walls, authentic moldings (expertly restored by a sculptor) and exposed beams throughout.
Two magnificent period paintings have been restored and adorn the walls of the living room.
The buffet, typical of the 1960s, will undoubtedly bring back memories of the last century.
In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal!
The accommodation comprises 3 suites, each with its own bathroom and toilet.
In the first bedroom, you'll find a queen-size bed (160x200) and a signed sofa. The en-suite bathroom is in white marble.
This elegantly styled room benefits from the calm of the courtyard.
The second bedroom features a king-size 180x200 four-poster bed and a magnificent Louis XVI-style chiselled stone and wood chest of drawers. For your comfort, you'll find a bathtub and shower in this bathroom.
This beautiful room also benefits from the calm of the courtyard.
The third bedroom will seduce you with its modern style and king-size four-poster bed (180x200). The en-suite bathroom is in brown marble.
We supply hotel-quality sheets and towels, as well as shampoo and soap.

It's ideally located in a quiet street within walking distance of everything you need to know: the Louvre, the Jardin des Tuileries, the pedestrian quays of Paris, the emblematic Samaritaine and the Marais district.
You'll love its small pedestrian streets, as well as Rue du Nil and Rue des Petits Carreaux.

We loved this apartment. It was so well appointed and conveniently located. Tons of shops and cafes nearby. The beds were very comfortable, soft sheets and pillows, freezing AC (very important) and hot water. The kitchen was well stocked with beautiful dishes and amenities. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The concierge service was great, super responsive and helpful. Five stars all the way around. Thank you!

The apartment was exactly as described. The location is convenient and accessible via multiple metro stops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plus, communications with the host were quick and helpful.

We had a fabulous 9 day stay in this lovely Parisienne apt. The apt was unbelievably well located, fresh croissants around the corner on Rue de Nils, along with other amazing shops and a Michelin Star restaurant. We’re planning a return Merci!!!

Kitchen fully equipped, to include a bottle of champagne in the frig. Unit was very clean in all aspects. Safety/security was very good. Felt very safe with three codes/doors needed to get into unit. Unit locked automatically once inside or out. Bedding was outstanding and comfortable. Loved the towel warmers/dryers in every bathroom. Beautiful showers. Plenty of towels supplied for duration of one week stay for three people. Actually has a 4th bathroom (guest), as there is one in each of three bedrooms plus the small one! Every time we had feedback, or a problem, the company responding immediately and even sent a representative over when we needed help to troubleshoot the television. This is a five-star unit. Highly recommend, we loved this place!
