Stylish,luxury duplex Paris city center

Diese Maisonette-Wohnung liegt ideal in einer Fußgängerzone, in der Nähe von Museen, Restaurants und der U-Bahn. Ruhig, gut ausgestattet und sauber, wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt.

Ubicación fabulosa, apartamento único y muy acogedor (se nota que el propietario le ha dedicado mucho cariño). El barrio es ideal para pasear, animado y seguro. Dormimos de maravilla, la cama era cómoda y el apartamento muy tranquilo. El propietario fue atento y respondió a todas nuestras preguntas con paciencia y amabilidad.

We visited Paris last year and stayed in this neighborhood “Montorgueil” which we absolutely loved. We were determined to return. So we booked this cosy, well-laid-out apartment, which offers every comfort (special mention for the air conditioning and Internet connection) and features a lovely little private outdoor space (perfect for enjoying your morning coffee). The apartment is quiet and secure, thanks to a double entrance door: an oasis in this neighborhood that won us over. Long live Franco-American friendship!

L'aria condizionata nell'appartamento è stata una vera benedizione. Senza di essa, sarebbe stato un incubo! Il proprietario è molto attento ai suoi inquilini (e al suo acquario, che ha bisogno anche lui di aria condizionata, altrimenti l'acqua diventa troppo calda!). Il quartiere è bellissimo e l'appartamento è tranquillo e tenuto in modo impeccabile :)
