Very easy to check in - the office is just on the corner near the flat. Location in Paris was excellent, right beside a metro station and lots of amenities nearby.
The accommodation is good - comfortable beds, good showers / bathrooms and a spacious living area.
Communication with the company was good - very easy through whatsapp
Flat suited our needs and we were happy with it.
One downside of the location however is that the flat is ground floor as there was some street noise throughout our stay. There is a business next door (an Escape Rooms) that has some noise at regular intervals into the evening but only until they close. At first we did wonder if it was a loud party the first night! Not ideal if kids are in the party and trying to go to bed early.
Kitchen could have been stocked with a few more mugs, wine glasses given the numbers being accommodated but overall good.
We noticed a leaking water tank on the first night, so I would hope that would be fixed for future stays.

Location is excellent, metro station within meters of the front door. Key pick up was very smooth.
Very spacious apartment, comfortable beds, very responsive staff
The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes some things easier etc, though it was noisy at times.
The main issue to be aware of is that the door needs to be locked with the key all the time, if not it can simply be opened from the outside.

The flat is large, with lots of space, locations is central with easy access to various metro lines, however the property isn’t safe, we were burgled during our stay, with guests having passports, MacBooks, iPads and various technology stolen, the property was locked from the outside but the door was able to open, and accessed through an internal corridor, the hosts were quick to respond, but ultimately didn’t assist, and we are still waiting for the CCTV footage to pass to the local authorities
