Excellent location - plenty of space!

The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes some things easier etc, though it was noisy at times. The main issue to be aware of is that the door needs to be locked with the key all the time, if not it can simply be opened from the outside.

Amour of beds and location.

Constant noise pollution, at daytime, late in the evening and in the middle of the night. By neighbours and/or escape room nextdoor.

Great place for a group of 14 people (family)

We were a group of 14 and fitted very well into the apartment. The bedrooms are bedrooms - very little space around the beds, but gets the job done. The apartment was surprisingly quiet - and ground floor was therefore not an issue but rather a bonus The arcade game and the football table a nice suprise.

Some minor issues that were broken or not reported. We reported all the issues that we came across - and we are confident that the facility will follow-up and fix them. We only stayed for two nights - for longer stays the fridge is small, the bathrooms in need for towel-hangers etc

Great location, but not secure

The flat is large, with lots of space, locations is central with easy access to various metro lines, however the property isn’t safe, we were burgled during our stay, with guests having passports, MacBooks, iPads and various technology stolen, the property was locked from the outside but the door was able to open, and accessed through an internal corridor, the hosts were quick to respond, but ultimately didn’t assist, and we are still waiting for the CCTV footage to pass to the local authorities

Geweldige locatie, schoon en net appartement.

De locatie is geweldig. In de stad, met een metro-halte om de hoek. Direct dat "Parijse gevoel".

De regels over geluid waren bekend, echter binnen 10 minuten na aankomst (en nog ver voor de communiceerde 20.00 uur) stond er al een medewerker op de stoep om te zeggen dat we te hard praatten. Gevolgd door een nogal dwingend telefoonbericht. Als je een appartement verhuurt geschikt voor 20 personen, dan kun je niet verwachten dat iedereen fluistert...

Le logement est très bien situé.

- Le logement peut officiellement accueillir jusqu'à 20 personnes, mais il n'est absolument pas adapté à un tel nombre de personnes. Les chambres sont toutes petites et n'ont aucun espace de rangement. Je pense qu'il n'est adapté qu'à 10 personnes max, pour y être de manière confortable. - L'équipement de la cuisine est très inadapté. Le frigo, par exemple, est vraiment microscopique (surtout pour un appartement pouvant accueillir 20 personnes !). Le four est... complexe d'utilisation. - Le check-in commence à 16h00. Si vous voulez avoir accès à l'appartement avant, même s'il est libre : vous payez. Si vous voulez faire garder votre valise en attendant : vous payez (et cher : 5€ par bagage).
