A bit small and entrance of building was blocked with one bed all days we were there

Great location (St Honore) with easy access to tourist attractions, metro and shopping. Food is available within 10 min walk, though because of the location tends to be pricier. Quiet - so sleep not disturb.

The air conditioning could be better. The units are rather unpredictable - some areas are warmer and others colder. The hot water supply was a big issue. Being in winter we would love to have soaked in a hot tub at the end of a day, but the hot water supply was not enough even to fill up half the tub! You can take hot showers but luckily there were only 3 of us so the hot water did not run out. The apartment was meant to accommodate 6; so I can imagine there will be some rationing for a bigger group. Brought this issue up but nothing could be done about it. The lift was very small - can only accommodate 1 person and 1 luggage at one time; I suppose this is an issue with European apartments. While we were there there were some renovation works going on in the same building - not an issue since we are out almost the whole day. No window street view at all.
