The location is perfect, and the apartment is very spacious.

The water in the bathroom really needs a filter. My hair texture was very weird. Also, the living room is missing a long mirror where we can see our full outfits.

The location and the spatious living room

The lack of willingness to help the guest . In the end , the hospitality industry means finding solutions for your guest , if you name your business “ high stay “ . They were not willing to offer not even one hour of late check -out , despite the fact i explain them that i am travelling with a child and i have a late night flight . More than that , at 10 o clock , the cleaning lady was already in front of the door , which made us feel uncomfortable

Perfect location, stylish apartment, and despite the older building quirks, I would definitely stay

The location could not have been better truly a shopper’s paradise with all the luxury boutiques just steps away, and within walking distance to so many of the city’s highlights. The area feels very safe and upscale, which made it easy to explore day and night without worry. If you’re looking for the ideal place to stay in Paris where everything is at your doorstep, this is it.

As it’s an older Parisian building, the elevator is quite small and the stairwell could definitely use some attention, as there was a strange smell that took away from the otherwise elegant experience. Once inside the apartment , though, everything was great and very comfortable.

Stylish Apartment in a Perfect Spot

What I loved most about the apartment was its perfect location. I also really enjoyed the modern interior design, the fresh new furniture, and the fact that it had all the facilities a family could need. It was a nice touch that they even welcomed us with a complimentary bottles of water.

What I didn’t like was the small elevator, and that the shower area had a see-through door.

Short, emergency overnight stay because of Eurostar cancellation.

Well-equipped and clean, and nicely cool when we arrived on a very hot evening. Beds were comfortable and good quality toiletries provided. It was very quiet so we slept well. We did not have the opportunity to explore the local area/ facilities, but I will bear in mind for the future.

The check in process felt complicated before we could get the access codes - we were tired and very stressed. The lift and the communal area did not reflect the quality of the apartment.

2 things. Apartment could have used a full length mirror. Also, better instructions for using the washer/dryer. We never did figure out how to work the dryer, had to hang wet clothing.

Great apartment with amazing location

Location. It was walking distance to all touristic attractions. We walked everywhere and even came back to the apartment to take mid-afternoon breaks. Apartment was perfect for a family of 4.

Really small bathrooms and limited number of plates/forks/glasses. Ended up running dishwasher with very few things inside each time.

Fabulous central Paris Apartment with great aircon

It was so easy to access the apartment with the codes provided. We loved the location of the apartment, right in the heart of the Rue St Honore Shopping District, 2 short blocks to The Ritz and the Place Vendome one way, and 2 short blocks to the Tuileries Gardens the other way. There was an elevator to pop the luggage into get them up to the first floor where the apartment was located. The apartment had the best air-conditioning ever and was fully kitted out with washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom. The photographs on their Website are very accurate of what they provide. We had daily servicing which was great and left us more time for sightseeing. Cannot recommend highly enough. These guys love what they do and it shows!

It was expensive ... but worth it! Grocery stores were a little further away than in some other locations.

Superb

It was very clean and very roomy for a family of 5. The air worked in each room very nicely. The water pressure in the shower was great. There was everything we needed for a short stay in Paris. We didn't seek any help from the staff simply because we were only there 2 nights. Check in was easy and all door codes worked without a problem. Would recommend to anyone.

Since it is 4th floor, only thing could be a problem for some with knee issues, but there is a very small elevator if you need it.

Chic apartment amid top museums and haute couture fashion houses

The apartment was in an ideal location for us ,within walking distance of art galleries , shops, metro stations, boat trips and Tuileries Gardens where we went for a stroll every evening. The apartment itself is ideal for 2 people , is modern, with clean lines , tons of wardrobe and storage space , a fabulous kitchen, very effective air-conditioning and very quiet. The service staff were wonderful and attended daily. We liked the keypad access system.

I had the impression that this was an apartment hotel, but in fact there are just a few holiday apartments in a property of both commercial and residential lettings . Public areas are not as well maintained as the apartments are , so first impressions of the building are not good. Concierge is not a physical presence but a remote access individual who was very helpful . We assumed luggage would be stored on checkout but this is not the case.

Apartment needs more attention. False window in one bedroom (no natural light). Great location.

Amazing location and quiet bedrooms. Lovely kitchen.

Low ceilings and very little natural light. For the 'at first glance' 'excellent' spec the following are missing: misrepresentation on the second bedroom as it has no window but a fake window. To be clear - we would not have booked if we knew the second bedroom had no window but a light box in its place. No towel rails, windows do not open properly, broken blind, toilet holders loose on the wall, lights make a weird buzzing sound in the lounge. For the money invested in this property these are sloppy mistakes. We were also asked by security if we had a water leak as the building had an issue the morning of checkout which is worrying so we were happy to checkout. We reported all these issues to the agency on leaving.

Pleasant

Great location (St Honore) with easy access to tourist attractions, metro and shopping. Food is available within 10 min walk, though because of the location tends to be pricier. Quiet - so sleep not disturb.

The air conditioning could be better. The units are rather unpredictable - some areas are warmer and others colder. The hot water supply was a big issue. Being in winter we would love to have soaked in a hot tub at the end of a day, but the hot water supply was not enough even to fill up half the tub! You can take hot showers but luckily there were only 3 of us so the hot water did not run out. The apartment was meant to accommodate 6; so I can imagine there will be some rationing for a bigger group. Brought this issue up but nothing could be done about it. The lift was very small - can only accommodate 1 person and 1 luggage at one time; I suppose this is an issue with European apartments. While we were there there were some renovation works going on in the same building - not an issue since we are out almost the whole day. No window street view at all.

- bad smells ( bed sheet / apartment/ cleaning product used) - employee + owners is not friendly at all. - after the payment, they will ignore you. - no extra help. - elevator for only 3 people. - we asked for good view but we got a very bad one. - don’t have front desk or office to meet, only via online or mobile phone and they will not answer.

In the hole it was a great stay!

The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location.

The only thing I didn't like was that the wc was too small and without ventilation.

Unforgettable!

Amazing location and excellent service from the host company. Very responsive and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious, plenty of room and provided appliances and toiletries for all our needs. Newly remodeled with perfect finishes. Very luxury.
