Le positionnement de l’appartement était parfait, central tout en étant au calme, pas sur une artère principale.

Location was superb for the work trip I was on. It was a very last minute booking but the apartment was great and clean. If i wasn't on a work trip .. the area would also be a fantastic place to stay .. super convenient for public transport, loads of choices of restaurants, shops, etc. Charles was super responsive to any questions I had.
80 euro cleaning charge for a 2 night stay where i was actually in the apartment in total for less than 14 hours seemed a lot .. and also the 400 security deposit .. but it was my own fault for booking in a hurry and not reading the conditions properly. I understand the cleaning charge if they had several guests in for more days .. and i understand they need to cover themselves for those who do make a mess.

Nota positiva per il personale della struttura, che si dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Purtro balance, ci sono troppi aspetti negativi che hanno rovinato il soggiorno.
Gli orari sono decisamente scomodi: il check-in è disponibile solo dalle 15:00, mentre il check-out è rigidamente fissato per le 10:00 del mattino. Praticamente si perde mezza giornata.
Inoltre, l'insonorizzazione è pessima: le pareti sembrano di cartone e si sente ogni minimo rumore dalle altre stanze, rumori alle 3 di notte rendendo difficile riposare. Infine, la pulizia non era affatto all'altezza: al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato dei capelli non nostri sopra il letto, il che è inaccettabile.
Peccato per la gentilezza dello staff, ma non ci tornerei.
