Such a beautiful stay! Loved everything about it

The accomodation is so beautiful. It is so cozy and it was exactly what I needed for staying in and enjoying my perfect accommodation. Everything is in walking distance, restaurants, cafes, shopping etc. would definitely stay here again.

It’s not a problem from the property- it’s a Parisian thing 🤣 but I was alone and had 3 suitcases and the property doesn’t have an elevator.

i loved the stay and would recommmend as very close to attractions . worth the money snd very cosy feeling .

it’s very cosy in a busy area however inside street which made easy to book uber and travel from door step .

host did put effort to make everything look perfect and available to use . also after checked out we use storage downstairs for our bags so we can explore properly . we collected them near departure time that was very helpful . i would like to say Thank you for having us .

Apartment on the pictures and in real are totally different stories. No lift. Apartment small, but cozy. Broken shelves in bathroom and no hangers for towels, broken bed (ultra small bedroom btw), no view from the windows. Dirty kitchen tools and uneven floor which made it very uncomfortable to stand near the kitchen. Impossible for 2 people to take a shower, because warm water is coming only for few minutes (washed my hair with cold water). No washing machine in apartment, only on the ground floor for everyone's use, which was also out of service.

Huge disappointment

This was a huge disappointment. The apartment we received was nothing like the one we booked — smaller, dark, and facing a ventilation shaft. The bathroom was outdated, and I even found cockroaches (I have photos). We ended up sleeping three people in a 1.40m bed, and the noise made it impossible for my child to sleep. I specifically avoided hotels to have more space, but this place wasn’t even worth a tenth of what we paid. The only positive thing was the location.

Good Location

As you enter the building there is a big sign hanging down and if you are not careful you will walk into it and cause damage to yourself. The AC in the one bedroom apartment was leaking throughout the night. The apartment itself was not cleaned properly with hairs all over the floor and rug. Finally we booked an apartment to avail the services of a washing machine as we had knew we would need to launder after 2 weeks travelling with a baby, but the machines were all out of service and no advance warning of the lack of facility.

Total rip off

The apartment looks cute and clean, but that’s about it. The bedroom floor is slanted, especially on the right side, so you end up sleeping tilted. I asked to change apartments right away, they said nothing was available. The mattress is awful. It feels like a cheap one that’s been used for over 10 years, completely worn out, no support, and extremely uncomfortable. Honestly, I’ve slept better on a couch. For the price, it’s a joke. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am, earlier than the usual 11am, with no option to leave your luggage anywhere. Basically, they cut corners wherever they can. Outside the building, groups of loud delivery guys hang around, shouting near the entrance because of a nearby chicken place. It doesn’t feel welcoming or safe. The shower is basic and forgettable. This place is all style, no substance. Total rip-off.

Not clear how to evacuate in case of fire on lower floors. No external stairs and the small external space is enclosed by netting. Fold out bed a bit unstable. Loved the location. Easy to get in and out of the building.

Washer and Dryer were out of order. No clear way to get clean towels. Access code for the building didn't work a few times at night.

It was very clean and had everything one needs for an apartment/home like stay. Great location! The host was super nice and easy to message. Hot water during the shower, it requires one to take a super quick shower. There just wasn't enough hot water. The shower must be done within 3-5min. Any longer, enjoy your cold shower. The WiFi doesn't reach the bedroom or bathroom. It only works in the living room. We were asked to connect to WiFi 4.

Misleading and filthy

Disappointing and Misleading – Avoid if You Can! This was a terrible experience from start to finish. The apartment we were given looked nothing like the pictures we booked — instead, we were shoved into a cramped attic room that clearly wasn't the one advertised. NO Elevator! Total bait and switch. The building itself was filthy. The entrance was disgusting, with dirt and dust everywhere, which already set a bad tone. The apartment was no better — floors were dirty, the bathroom stand was grimy, and there were no basic cleaning supplies even though we stayed for more than two nights. Cutlery and crockery were dirty and clearly hadn't been properly washed. We had to clean everything before use, which is just unacceptable. Extra towels were hidden away in random spots and not placed in the open like you'd expect. Water damage all over the walls and windows that don't close- only saving grace was the heating in the apartment This place was a huge letdown — poorly maintained, not as advertised, and certainly not worth the price. Definitely won’t be returning or recommending it to anyone.

Great location

The apartment was modern, clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and in a good location within walking distance to some key attractions and others easily reached by metro. There were many restaurants and cafes in the area.

There is no elevator, only stairs which made it hard to carry bags upstairs. The hot water ran out on a daily basis after only two people had quick showers. The bedroom was quite unusual as the floor and bed was on a very noticeable slant which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The bed and pillows were also uncomfortable. When the toilet was flushed it was very aggressive that water would splash out which is quite unsanitary. The walls are quite thin and we could often hear people walking up and down the stairs at all hours.

The location was okay. property is close to puplic transportations stations. Beds, pillows and sheets was clean but not comfortable.

The management does not care and takes no responsibility when there is an issue. They are unprofessional and try to manage everything remotely, which leads to numerous mistakes. For example, the iron was broken. Additionally, we couldn't find the AC remote, and the AC couldn't cool continuously. When I asked about it, they promised to fix it, but after two days of back-and-forth messages, they informed me that they couldn't find the remote and might provide some compensation which is just %10 and if you make good comment on the booking.com. They are scamming customers and lied to keep us in the hotel. The entrance door has a large gap, allowing pests and rats can enter the room, which was really annoying. I saw a small cockroach that probably entered through that gap. The building and stairs are dirty, and there is no elevator. The listing states that this property is suitable for 3 adults, but if you need to use the sofa bed, the room becomes very narrow and uncomfortable. The bathroom collects water under the sink in the corner, and there is no vent, making the room humid and stinky. There was a dishwasher, but no detergent tablets. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee pods. There wasn't any shampoo or body lotion, so we couldn't shower on our first night and had to purchase these items from the market. I have attached pictures related to some of these issues. After all this, being treated like a fool is truly very annoying.

Will not recommend

Location After complains, the host managed to change our apartment to a better one.

We got the last floor apartment which looked way worse than you see in the pictures (you have to look through all 80 photos, our room was in the last 4 photos which obviously we didn't check) We got a very tiny room with a small window and it was definitely not 42 square meters. We saw a hanging part of the ceiling right above the bed which was unsafe. The shover is a disaster, there is no water stopper so all the water goes directly on the floor. Not to mention that we had unexpected guests in the middle of the night (00:30) who had the same instructions and door code as we had. Super uncomfortable, it was very hard to sleep after that

Très agréable séjour en plein coeur de Paris

Emplacement vraiment idéal, extrêmement pratique et proche des transports publics. Petite rue calme avec une boulangerie au coin de la rue. Appartement adapté pour une famille mais juste-juste au niveau de la superficie. Le petit lobby et le local poubelle sont appréciables.

Ce sont des remarques mais pas des critiques: Le murs sont vraiment très fins, on entend bien les voisins! L'eau chaude à disposition ne permet pas 4 douches le matin, faut répartir sur la journée ;-)

Vid frågan vad som gått fel fick vi till svar att de hade bilder från alla lägenheter i annonsen. Men tydligen inte från vår. Ett tämligen fult sätt att sälja in lägenheten. I vårt fall betalade vi mer för att få en lägenhet efter bilderna i Booking med stadsutsikt och innergårdsutsikt vilketvi inte fick. Foton från "Stadsutsikt" och "utsikt" mot innergården. Foton på rummen. Större än så var det inte. Inte alls som i annonsen i Booking

При заселении менеджер ошибся номером комнаты и дал код от чужого номера в котором спали гости. После того как мы предъявили претензии администрация отказывалась возвращать деньги, требовала не писать плохой отзыв. Booking вы обязаны удалить это объект из выдачи.
