住宿是一栋具有年代感的建筑，到歌剧院和老佛爷步行就十分钟左右，位置出行参观、就餐及购物等十分的方便。住宿内部空间舒适、装修装饰很有品味，十分的干净整洁。可能是正好碰到建筑外部修缮，入住取钥匙时花了不少的时间。

1.離地鐵十分方便
M3(Quatre Septembre)只要出門右轉過個馬路就到
M9(Chaussée d'Antin — La Fayette)、M7.M8(Opéra)、RER A(Auber)步行10分鐘內可以到
2.附近有好幾間超市
家人不習慣巴黎水，每天都要到超市買瓶裝水
3.客服回覆非常即時
因為要自己收垃圾，沒注意垃圾袋的位置所以像客服反應，外出回來後就看到幫我們放在門口。
運氣非常好碰上熱浪，詢問是否有多的電風扇，外出回來後就看到幫我們放在門口。
4.有電梯
雖然不大，不帶大件行李最多就只能容納3人，但是入住/退房或是在外走一整天回來還可以不用爬樓梯真的很棒。
5.有洗衣機(附洗劑)
長輩非常喜愛，但烘乾功能不太會使用，好在天氣乾熱，衣物很快就乾了。
6.有廚房(附簡單調料、油品)、洗碗機、膠囊咖啡機(附一盒膠囊咖啡)、餐具、開瓶器等
外食消費高，早餐都是自己做，還不用自己洗碗超方便
7.退房簡單
整理完後將鑰匙留在桌上就完成了。雖然要支付高額押金，但我們大概在2天後就收到退回的押金。
1.要付500歐元的押金
可以理解是擔心會有損壞，但金額蠻高，所以要自行斟酌。入住前需要填寫入住資料並支付押金後才能check in。
2.領取鑰匙位置與住宿地點不同
建議可以先由同行者幫忙顧行李，拿鑰匙單獨一人去拿，因為他需要一些小技巧
3.沒有冷氣
偏偏在熱浪期間入住。雖然有2台電風扇，但是有3間房根本不夠用，還是我們熱到受不了試著詢問客服才有多一台。
(不過暖氣房間、客廳都有，或許在冬天是個大優點)

The location was superb for exploring Paris, either walking or by metro.
The property was hot but that was to be expected during the heatwave we encountered. Luckily fans were provided which took a bit of the heat away.
