Cozy, centrally located small flat in Paris, great for hopping around all the major sights
The location was pretty awesome. Close to metro but not so close to get the foot traffic and riff-raff. Super central in the 2nd Arrondissment for metro/major sights within walking or quick bus distance, except for the Eiffel Tower. A little smaller, but had everything you needed, including a small kitchenette with decent size fridge, fully stocked with plates and silverware and electric kettle, small seating nook. capable bathroom. Good heating from the radiator in a small space. Quiet, rarely heard neighbors at all. More for people who will be out all day exploring Paris. Lots of choices for eating and great places for baguettes/croissants/boulangeries close by
It was definitely cramped for even 1 person, 2 larger people in a couple might not have enough room. It's at the top of an office building and you have to walk up a flight of stairs the last part, so people with mobility issues or lots of luggage would def have some problems. A little hard to find at first, but once you got used to it it's ok. Make sure to read the buzz-in directions. Tiny window you can't really look out of so slightly claustrophobic. Didn't come with any real coffee, so I got my own instant coffee. That is an easy thing to include they should consider.

avoid like the plauge unless you enjoy a hotel roulette. will you, or wont you get in
nothing at all
unable to get into property, provided wrong keycode and despite it being marketed as a luxury property you have to go to dingy hotel to go pick up key, who cannot help you if things go wrong like being provided incorrect keycode. awful instructions, host doesn’t respond to messages or phone calls, and when they do, they just send an automated message ignoring any messages

Room smelt awful and there was no electricity. I wouldn’t stay again.
Decor was nice.
The drains stank out the entire apartment and there was no electricity! My partner found the electricity box for the apartment in the hallway and found that the entire floors main power switch had been turned off. He turned it back on thinking it had just tripped, but then every 10 minutes it would turn off as if it was set on a timer to do so. Each time he went to turn it on nothing had tripped it off on the switch board and everything was ok, so it was clearly being turned off by a timer. This meant we had no heating, had to shower in the dark and were unable to charge our devices over night. The next day after speaking to staff while checking out no one apologised or gave us an explanation. Overall I would absolutely not recommend, not good enough electricity is a standard not a luxury!

It is a very irresponsible business — I absolutely do not recommend it. If we hadn’t accidentally seen the person coming
Location was great. Room was clean
To enter the main building, you have to ring the bell at the front door and wait for someone inside to open it. When we arrived home on Friday night at 22:45, no one opened the door for us. We were left standing outside in freezing 0-degree weather until 00:15. Even though we called the WhatsApp and phone numbers they had provided for hours, no one answered. By pure luck, someone happened to come out of the building at 00:15, and that’s how we managed to get inside (since the building is an office building, there was no one living in the apartments). After freezing outside for hours, when we finally got to the apartment, we realized that although the entire building had electricity, the rental units on the 7th floor had no power. The girls in the next room heard us and came out to say that they had also been without electricity for hours and that no one was answering the phone. We tried to sleep in a dark and freezing room until morning. The electricity never came back on until the time we checked out the next day, and no one ever answered the phone.

Great location, clean place and good value for money
Comfy, good location, easy to access.
Better pillows and bigger bottle of shampoo and shower gel if staying for longer.

clean, great location but unit 703 is very small.
clean. everything automated, easy to check in. the check out time was normally 10am but they let us stay till noon.
very very small and the bed is a sofabed - not terrible but less comfortable than a real bed. Unit 703 is so small that when the sofabed is open, there is nowhere to even put an open suitcase. the listing did state 16m2 size which we didn't notice because the photos depict other much larger apartments, so thought we were getting something larger.

A couple unpleasant surprises but an absolute gem!
The balcony, atmosphere, and location are absolutely wonderful. It’s great walking distance from the opera garnier, Montmartre, the ritz, the louvre, and so many more! I went right before fashion week so being across from an atelier was fascinating. I felt safe and entirely comfortable to the point I almost shed a tear when leaving.
I didn’t like the fact that it says concierge, yet there is nothing on site. It is an entire floor of apartments above six floors of office buildings. There is no check-in there is no concierge and the very last floor. You have to take your bags up with a winding staircase. It would be nice if this was stated on the listing instead of having to find out at the very last moment. Also the entrance is a tiny hallway with an up and down floor that rivals that of a fun house, so luggage is difficult to maneuver, and I even tripped a couple times. Also, the second bedroom that has the shower in it smelled kind of mildewy luckily it was just me so nobody even stayed in that bedroom, but it also had poor air circulation in that room.
