We booked this property for its location and facilities such as an elevator/lift, air conditioning and a washing machine.
Charles was an excellent communicator with every question asked. He promptly responded to all my queries.
The were no in built air conditioners in this property just a small portable air cooler which did the same thing as a fan that was there. It was stiflingly hot we could barely sleep the first two nights. While air conditioning is not relevant for 330 days of the year, on the remaining days it’s crucial.
As it was stiflingly hot and we could barely sleep we were compelled to open the windows wide and the other guests coming and going from the property were loud and noisy till very late at night and from around 7.30am in the morning too.
You would assume the guests understand they are sharing this space and to be quiet.

* Excellent location with many cafés and shops nearby. We were also able to explore most of Paris on foot.
* Charles was a very helpful, friendly, and attentive host who responded quickly and resolved all requests efficiently.
* Very well-equipped apartment with everything we needed during our stay.
* Clean and tidy throughout.
* A small elevator was available, which was very convenient.
* The check-in process was simple, smooth, and hassle-free.
* Safe and pleasant neighborhood.
* Comfortable apartment with sufficient space for two adults and a baby.
* It was quite noisy, especially at night. The apartment faces an inner courtyard, so with the windows open, you can hear people coming and going, as well as conversations from neighboring apartments. In addition, the metro is clearly audible throughout the day and night.
* The photos are somewhat flattering. While the apartment was clean, it felt more dated in person and was a bit darker than the pictures suggest.
* There were a few minor maintenance issues. For example, the bathroom sink drain was leaking, and the refrigerator made a noticeable humming noise.
* The apartment smelled fresh upon arrival, but some less pleasant odors became noticeable upon closer inspection, including a dusty carpet and occasional sewage smells coming from the shower drain.
