L'accessibilità dell'abitazione (principalmente il portone di ingresso e la scala a chiocciola nell'abitazione) non è il massimo per persone con ridotta mobilità. Nell'appartamento inoltre diverse luci non funzionavano, rendendolo poco luminoso.

Excellent location in a quiet yet central area, within walking distance of the Louvre and many cafés and restaurants. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for a family stay. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and smooth check-in process.

Spacious for a Paris city centre apartment. Great location.

Not the fault of the provider but there was scaffolding blocking all windows that made the apartment feel dark and oppressive. The place was tidy enough but didn’t quite feel like it had had a deep clean.

The location is ok. The property/building are average. Chipped painted front blue doors. The building itself is in need of work. The view from the windows of the apartment toward the back of the unit presents filth, cigarette butts, trash, chips of paint, rat traps. Inside the apartment, the chairs were stained, the furniture is very flimsy and cheap. The carpet is old and filthy. Wallpaper was pealing in two places in one of the bedrooms. There was no laundry liquid and no drying facility other than a rack that really would do nothing but maybe hold one towel. The shower drain was clogged and water built up. It was also molding inside the drain. The floors need to be re scraped and stained.

I've reversed this...but, the location is good and convenient. I would not stay at this unit again, however. For being an historical building, it's nothing special really. And the rules are stringent to the point of a bit absurd. It's overpriced as well.
