HIGHSTAY - Luxury Serviced Apartments - Place des Victoires

I’m not usually someone who writes reviews often, but even though I already posted a review on Expedia for my exceptional stay, I have to mention this as well. During my visit, I accidentally left a shoe valued at $2,000 in the room. I only realised it a month later when I returned to L.A. What makes this experience unforgettable is the incredible customer service. I wasn’t even completely sure I had left the shoe in Paris, since we continued traveling through the south of France afterward. But when I contacted Highstay to my surprise, they confirmed they had safely kept it the entire time. After holding onto my shoe for a full month, they responded immediately, handled everything with genuine care and professionalism, and shipped it back to me the very next day. Their communication, honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to help went far beyond my expectations. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and trustworthy today. They turned what could have been a stressful and disappointing situation into such a positive experience. I truly can’t thank them enough and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, HIGH STAY!

My family and I had 5 unforgettable and wonderful nights at Victoire I apartment in Paris. The location is truly one of its biggest highlights, just a 10 minute walk to the Louvre Museum which made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself was super clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with full amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable . I also appreciated the daily housekeeping, which kept everything fresh and tidy throughout my visit. The Nespresso machine was a great touch and was well-stocked with coffee, making mornings even more enjoyable. The fridge was also fully stocked with both sparkling and still water, while we arrived. Customer service was excellent from start to finish- responsive, friendly and always ready to help. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, with plenty of cafés, shops, and transportation options nearby. This is an ideal place for a family of four with plenty of space and comfort for everyone. I will definitely rent this place again while visiting Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the city. It truly felt like a 5-star hotel. WOW! This was such an incredible stay. The apartment is designed BEAUTIFULLY and such a vibe! Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was great. Every part of this apartment was so thoughtfully done, the apartment was a highlight of our trip. The neighborhood is super walkable and so close to all of our favorite restaurants and coffee shops. Communication leading up to the stay was great and really helpful. Only wish they had an earlier check in option, would’ve been happy to pay for an hour or two hour earlier check in - at first when I asked they responded that I needed to pay for an extra night to check in an hour earlier, which was ridiculous. Would highly recommend this property.
